  • Join in with us as we work on eating more healthier and moving these bodies. It gets hard sometimes and we over eat, binge and being inactive. We have to push our way through. Nothing comes easy, it takes persistence, discipline and hard prayer to get where we are going in life. We fall down but get right back up and start again until we win.     Also at dinner time, I had a zevia and that was the only good thing I had with no sugar and no carbs. Lord Jesus, your daughter needs discipline. Pray for me family.

    Paula, we all have those moments, including me! You are such a beautiful person and I know you will get through this. Yes, self discipline is hard but it can be done. Keep praying and telling yourself that you are disciplined, then put it into action. One day at a time, okay. You got this! Love you!

    Hey Mrs Paula I know it's really hard. I'm thinking you should try to do 2 day challenges I think it would be so much fun and a lot easier then 10 days. I will do them with you. I think omad without restrictions until you're ready to cut out or down on certain foods.. You can find low carb breads or tortillas at certain health food or grocery stores.. This weightloss journey is not going to be easy and we will need to make sacrifices but we can and will get through it..🤗🤗

      Thanks Danielle, I do good for so long and crash. I think a 2 day is better until I learn discipline along with omad. I will go and finish this challenge out and then go to 2 day Challenge after. I appreciate you, you are a great help to me. I finally got the zevia and it's good. Well, I'm off to the doctors, I fooled around and got swimmers ear. See you later today love you 😊

I'm so happy you like zevia there's some flavors that I don't like black cherry taste like medicine, ginger ale not that great, grape and orange nah, ginger root beer mmmm delicious like the cola, I do want to try the strawberry but they don't sell it here in Canada where I live.😟 I hope you have a great day today and a speedy recovery I'm send you a big hug a prayer and love.🤗🤗
