Good morning, if at any time you get bored, which I doubt, and you would like to find out the influence caused by the change in turning the regulator, increasing the volume of the plenum, I understand that it can be done. Greetings and blessings.
Great video, mate. Any chance of a ( if it was your money) video, by which I mean the gun you would buy for each price bracket. 500,1000,1500 i think it would mean a lot more coming from you rather than other channels which have tried this format but don't come across as being unbiased . Take care mate

Hi, please help me, what is better for shooting slugs at the long distances in 25 cal. Vulcan 3, 700 or FX Maverick sniper? Thanks!
Only downside of the V3 is the internal regulator, really for a 2023 or was it 22, anyway should have had a extremal regulator.
I have mine modified to take FX bottles CUZ then at least i dont have to loose all the air in the bottle too, what is in the front of the plenum pipe and in the plenum are more than enough air to loose.
Also AGT do not have any drawings of these for DL, actually their home page are quite bad / lacking.
Seeing your plenum pips as i suspected it was what my FAC version was shipped with.
Making me suspect that the valve return spring might also be a SUB 12 one ???? Maybe also the actual hammer spring.
Other than that i have been happy with my V3, but i still think i will sell it some time during the year.

There is no doubt that it is an excellent air rifle, but its price here is high and no one can buy it. Although it is worth this price.. I do not know how much it costs for you? I noticed on mine that the bottle and planum moves almost a 1/4 inch. It’s new to me but I don’t recall there being movement but not sure. My accuracy has declined also . Can you tell if the movement is normal or should it be tight and solid? Thanks.
I had a girlfriend who had a gorgeous little clavis very nice indeed arf arf arf.
Looks to be a good quality build, with some quality machining of the parts evident. Thanks for the stripdown, looks like it is one that might go back without too many mods.

yes we got a bit of paper saying it was fitted, but it wasn't in there but to be fair it's knowhere as bad as the U2

@@sub12airgunners 7:02 Approximately how much can the pressure increase after unscrewing the adjusting nut by 1 turn? I'm not talking about the Vulcan 3 model, I mean approximate values for this type of small-caliber weapons.

I don't know if it's top quality, but it's not the best quality. In my case, the regulator body broke at the fuse without any mechanical manipulation

I'm curious about the white material that seals the air pressure. Do you think it might be Teflon or something harder? Do you know what the material actually might be?
i believe it's peek in this reg but have seen delrin used in others

@@redgum1340 we have used Teflon on the end of a fx piston and it worked but deformed over time

interesting gun . not mega complicated but pretty important to keep those measurements in a safe place do you don’t forget . oh reg creep i wonder if the little delrin face plate in mine is not true the reg is set to 140 but does creep up if you leave it . not to bottle pressure but about 150/160 then first shot drops back down hmm interesting mate . thanks for that will have to take a look 👍
it could just need a little re-face on the on the piston tip😀 i think it's peek so a bit of wet and dry would sort it out 😀
Jeff, any plans on the horizon to get hold of an RTI Prophet and work your magic ? Although I appreciate they really designed and aimed at the FAC markets.

very recently bought a AGT Vixen long. Hope the reg is as good as this one AND looking forward to any upcoming vids on the Vixen

Looking at the brass transfer port plug with wasted space and inefficient air flow, also the valve pin, and I suspect plenum being too large, I see there are areas for improving air efficiency.

You dont need to unscrew that small pin from the hammer. You can take out the hammer from the side of the block with the pin on.
you don't but if you want to remove the pin it's much easer to do it when it's still in the gun 👍

In sub 12, how many shots do you get? With your experience, do you believe the regulator to be Huma or is it genuine AGT?
out of the box we got 300 that's .177 sub 12 from a 200 bar fill so you should get more than 300 😀
yes i would say it's there reg deferentially not a Huma

The air cylinder on the V3 looks about the same size as the air cylinder on a V2!
the v3 is the bottle and the v2 is the cylinder 👍👍
Yeah I have a V2 I meant they cylinder on the V3 looks about the same size as the V2 but of course the V3 has the bottle as well.
