HOW TO: OIL BATH to PAPER FILTER conversion

On this episode of FIXIN' TWO dad works on modifying the oil bath air filter to take a paper filter. We don't want to take any chances with the Holley Sniper so after doing some reading on forums and checking TH-cam for other "how to" videos...here's our attempt.
