We visited a few years ago on a very wet day and were made welcome by all the staff.While waiting for the train tea and cake were had in the booking office and afterwards lunch was enjoyed in the repair shed.A great day out and worth every penny,thanks guys

It was a great experience. I just put on the Marley Hill engine shed video I did the same day. It's just the other side of Tanfield Railway.
