I'd invite my daughter to the Hepburn room, her favourite colour is green and she's aspiring to be an actress right now out in L.A. Beautiful mansion, worthy of any film star. Thanks guys.
This channel is killing it. While I'm not a multimillionaire, I enjoy YT videos on luxury homes. There are plenty of good YT options for content in this genre. But this channel seems to find very unique and amazing properties instead of the standard NYC/Colorado/Miami content I've seen elsewhere. Lots of genuine excitement in the presenters. Love the interaction with Tommy as well. Also, I'm not sure why but the main presenter (Phillip?) Somehow reminds me of Tom Wambsgams from Succession. Great job team, keep it up.
Thanks Steven -- this really means a lot, especially to us as a new channel that is still finding its footing. We are having a blast on these shoots, and I'm glad that it's coming across. We're hoping to get better as we do more videos. Honored to be compared to Matthew Macfadyen, especially in his great role as Tom Wambsgams. Don't worry, you're not the first person who's said this. Eventually we will do NYC/Colorado/Miami -- but we are open to ideas of where else to go. My compass here is to find places that truly excite us and that we can't wait to step into for the first time. 2698 Pacific was truly one of those.
@@philipwellsrealestate New England has many older properties that may have the unique and interesting features that I'm guessing you're looking for. I couldn't find anything on Zillow that really fits the bill but, I (somewhat biased here) feel like it's one of the most beautiful regions of the country. Best wishes, and I am sincerely looking forward to more of the teams content wherever it might be from.
The wallpapers and unique designs are beautiful. Clearly not the taste of most commenters but I think it’s gorgeous. I live a few blocks from this house and have walked by it for years always wondering what the inside looked like. Thank you for the tour!
I love the architectural details but not the furniture , decor, or color choices. Love the stain glass and the staircase. Not a fan of black and green rooms but love the million dollar views. Gigantic mansion.
I loved it until I saw the kitchen.. not very attractive or inviting, definitely utilitarian, a kitchen that's designed for staff use only. Not for a family. Which is kind of a turnoff. After that everything kind of hit a bland note while feeling a little bit creepy, similar to a hotel vibe with a hint of swanky sanitorium. It seems like a fancy rehab place or something like that. So many rooms with ambiguous functions. There was an attempt but this setup definitely isn't in any way cosy. I think you have to decide who you're selling to and re-gear the furnishings accordingly. This is kind of a mishmash IMO.
they allowed some architect and Interior designer to go into this classic home and destroy it. I know this home, I am a private chef working only a half a block away. They literally destroyed the interior of this home. Literally.
The modern furniture, horrible lighting and rather unfortunate decorating renders what was once an elegant "old money" classic house and has transformed it into something that looks like a mid range hotel. Tragic.
This is one of the most fantastic homes I've ever seen. You guys are great.
Thank you for writing in! I loved it there -- especially the top floor. Thanks for watching :)

It really was special in there! I wish her luck in L.A.! Thanks for watching. 🤩

You’re very welcome! What a beautiful neighborhood. Happy to give you a peek inside. What room would you claim as your bedroom if you had the house?
That penthouse level takes the cake!!
The view of the bay up there was so awesome. Thanks for watching Jacob!
@@philipwellsrealestate You can't beat a good water view!

I've seen this house! I don't think it's actually on billionaires row though so the title is a little misleading. :)
Really? When did you see it? It’s beautiful in person, isn’t it?
Yeah looks like we are just off B row- I’ll update.

All you need in living in a mansion in SF, is your own private army-level security.

The remodel didn't destroy this beautful home, but the operation was not a success.
This home is swanky & sexy 😉
Glad you liked the video :)
Tasteless
