The intense darkness, the endless hordes of enemies, the city walls crumbling and a fallen gate and then the horn of Rohirrim and the arrival of the Oathbreakers. Nothing else has ever come close, those who've played this game know the feeling.
If you're talking about the enemies armies... i may agree that it was kindda small. If you're talking about your army... you can actually add sometime in the .ini file that increases the capacity of your army.
Honestly the best strat I've had for Minas Tirith is having a couple horse battalions that run havoc with Gandalf, destroying all the siege weapons while retreating to the walls vs nazguls and whatnot
@@theodantus195 i still can't lose even if i'm alone against 7 brutal(largest map) because i use a trainer.i have unlimited money and invulnerable troops. LOL
@@jozefpatrovic4734 just look up tutorials. The games are free and still have a playerbase but it will be a bit tricky to install them. Also a new project called BFME Reforged is in the works which will basically be BFME 2 Remastered.

А так замечательная стратегия и кампания. Раньше играл в неё в компьютерном зале, недавно прошёл её уже на своём компе.
И второй момент это когда ты сделал проход в стене и войска все время покидают позицию на которой ты их оставил. Потом удивляешься а где отряд? А его уже убили. ))

They are. Go check out BFME: Reforged. They're a team that is making a whole new brand game from BFMEs, and they've really gone far. It's not like a small commercial product, that team now has 40k Discord members.

I started watching this thinking it was the Siege Defense map in the Edain Skirmish mode, and I was like "omg how are you doing so well!?!? I cant last 5 minutes on that thing!" ...then I realized it was just the campaign lol. Guess I should actually read the video title next time.
Man this was an awesome game but i still feel that there is so much potential for good lotr games i havent played a game yet that i felt i was in Lotr world! I want a game with good graphics that follows lotr storyline or maybe the last alliance storyline there is really so much potential is a pitty that we havent seen much yet as far as gaming!
У ворот надо было ставить башни со стрелами они тролей быстрее завалят,и поставить крестьян,они умеют чинить всё и ворота тоже.Войска у тебя слабые,они к этому должны быть максимального опыта,и чаще пользоваться героями.Игру можно пройти не потеряв ни одного отряда.
1) Две башни рядом с вратами ничего не дадут, урон по троллям небольшой, а ворота сломаются в любом случае, так как это изменения мода, да и наставить кучу башен не выйдет, так как это первая BFME и строительство ограничено фундаментами. 2) Тут нет крестьян, это Гондор, они присутствуют только у Рохана. 3) В моде изменен процесс набора опыта. Отряды сложно прокачать даже на 2 уровня за одну локацию, с героями такая же ситуация.
@@pashka1244 Потому что так лучше выглядит и более к фильму приближено. Башни порой лучше справляются с отстрелом, особенно когда враг уже внутри, но я просто не стал их строить.

How to cheese grond, when it reach the gate open it and for reasons the ai get stuck and won't attack the gate and once destroyed close the gate

Only Edain Mod 1.0 was released for BFME 1. I have not met any other versions
