That’s looks like a clone of the original ADJ pocket spot! I have two of those and yes they are great lights if you on a budget :-)

Problem with these lights is I've seen plenty of mobile DJ's use them without dmx and there's no way to make it just face forward or set a hight. If you don't want to dmx them they spend most the times pointing at the ceiling or behind the dance floor. Used to have a few and they was decent for a small gig dmx'd but not really that good without dmx. If they had a preset mode where the just faced forward I would say they are great for a start up dj but unfortunately they don't

Didn't pick up on the watts power? I think they're 10watts. I've got ADJ Inno Focus Spot Twins (2 x 12watts) . Four of these units in DMX sync is great for smaller to medium term venues but not the power for larger venues. Projections get dimmer and fuzzy beyond 10-15 metres.

It depends on the model. LED power varies from 10-80w. I suspect these are 60w LED. DMX control is essential due to the poor inbuilt programs.

Correction. It's just 10w LED. Don't buy. 60w LED units are readily available.
