After seeing the video testimonial of the woman who said that following Freelee's books helped her stop binging, I bought the ebook bundle.
I haven't had any binging cravings for a week now (officially diagnosed with BED for multiple years) 😭😭😭 Freelee really DOES save lives--animals AND humans!

These people drive my mind insane Im so sick of everyone saying that eating healthy, having actual standards for yourself is an eating disorder (orthorexia) its so ridiculous and untrue if anything people that eat junk have disordered eating meaning that they are eating improper food that will cause suffering in the future. Also its sad that people are using raw til 4 to grow their channel then show their true diet once their channel is up in views its so silly then they make videos demonizing the lifestyle as another way to get more views. Freelee I am so glad I never came across these types of people before I found you years ago I would have been so confused and I probably would have difficulty healing my body from disease I developed from eating these so called foods these people pretend is normal.

This is so true about makeup. I have experienced acne since age 11, and have managed to clear my skin with a LFHC raw til 4 diet. But for so many years I would actually paint my face to hide the acne and dark circles and paint my eyes (I'm a red head with fair lashes). And taking that off in the evening would be so devastating to my mental health because I was so unhappy with what I saw underneath. I would sleep in makeup with boyfriends staying over. A few years ago I stopped wearing makeup, and it was a journey to actually get used to my natural face, which I think is wild, that we can't even feel free to show our real faces in public?! That is so sad to me now. I actually like my real face now. I love exercise and sweating in a spin class or running and my face is always bright red and I honestly feel so much better that I can just not worry about editing my face. Not to mention I'm no longer putting all these chemicals on my face every day.

It has been 1 year now since I started Raw Till 4 and it has been the most life changing event of my life! I use to be ADDICTED to eating pints of vegan ice cream after my dinner everyday. Now it has been 1 year since I've even looked at ice cream! Those cravings are literally gone! My bowel movements have become regular, my energy has skyrocketed, my nails are very strong and look healthier, my cravings for junk food is non-existent, and my mental health has improved significantly! Only when I do not eat enough fruit during the day do I gravitate toward less ideal foods later in the evening. Prior to this diet change I was trying to use supplements to improve my health, to no avail, and I had been vegan already for 6 years at that point. Freelee knows what she's talking about when it comes to this way of eating and I am so grateful for her! Thank you for everything you do Freelee!

This is kind of weird. So, I'm not a raw vegan or raw till 4 or anything, just regular vegan but her amazement over putting three bananas in a smoothie is so weird to me. Like that is normal for me (I'm incapable of making a small smoothie. I've tried but they always end up being at least 24oz usually more) And I just ate over a pound of mangoes as a snack and that's normal for me. (So weird that she said she never had mangoes growing up. Maybe it's because I was born and raised in Florida and I'm spoiled as far as fresh produce goes, but mangoes were like the main source of nutrition for me as a child, I would eat them as fast as my parents could peel them.)
I really want to get 'My Naked Lunchbox' because it sounds like a really interesting read, but unfortunately, I have no money. I never understood why people wear makeup. I would wear it sometimes in high school, but it was never like a full face. It would usually be just a little eye shadow/eyeliner because I liked looking a little scary. Perhaps it's because my mother never really wore a lot of makeup, and I was a major tom-boy growing up and I was blessed with relatively clear skin.
    Great video Freelee!

The way you described humans as "big animals" here actually is so helpful, because it's true. Take any other animal the height that humans can be and they wouldn't, say, just have one mango. Definitely hard to unlearn all of that diet culture. I'm vegan but definitely hoping to eat more raw soon, as was actually even suggested by my primary doctor who agreed that eating more whole foods could help with my autoimmune issues. Just had a banana smoothie! (:

My daughter has been so stressed since I have been increasing my fruit intake, I’m no where near where you are I’m working my way up to it my stomach just can’t hold that much. But my daughter is so convinced that to much fruit Is bad for you. And that I’m never going to lose my weight and that I’m going to start gaining back the weight that I have been working so hard to lose. So far I’ve lost 70 before starting the raw til 4 doing juicing and raw 80 % 20% cooked vegan foods.

I've always been bad at doing my make-up. I have large pores and my makeup looked weird. I didn't know back in my early 20s that I had to use primer for that. My eyes would get itchy from the eye shadow, too. Regardless, I've never liked the feeling of it on my face. It just felt like my face wasn't breathing. And I found putting it on and taking it off at night very tedious so I've never used it on a daily basis. I also agree with everything you say. And the more women show their faces covered in makeup the more we are normalizing this. For a long time, I didn't realize they were all wearing heavy makeup. I used to think "what's wrong with me that I can't have perfect looking skin like them" and then finally I realized that it was the makeup. I remember watching a youtuber I was attracted to a lot. Then I watched a video of her doing her makeup and I was shocked to see how different she looked without the face paint. She was a completely different person. I no longer found her attractive without make-up, not because I thought she was ugly but simply not my type because I think women look more beautiful without make-up. How embarrassing to go out on a date looking like a totally different person and then having to show your true face if the relationship progresses.

She is really the most balanced vegan person I have ever came accross on the internet, having a very healthy relationship with food. Whatever food, not just healthy.
I can see you basically keep just your worshipper comments but saying negative about this girl is too much.

Tofu is delicious only after you “dress it up” and I totally love it but fruits need nothing, they are so delicious to just eat them raw because we are designed to eat them so we enjoy them as they are. Agree about seeing a doctor well-versed in the vegan/plant-based lifestyle. Also if you're on FB or Reddit there would be both vegan groups w diabetics in them, and diabetic groups w vegans in them, so you could hear other people's experiences and what helps them, too. You could even just Google what you said in your comment and I bet a bunch of info would come up (obviously not all of it valid, but you could sift through.) Most importantly imo is that you listen to your body and don't do anything that causes you pain (like headaches) or feels like it negatively affects your health, whatever it is. Your body knows what it needs, and not everyone's needs are the same. Best of luck to you!!💜✨
