No. Hardiflex has no asbestos or known carcinogenic substances. It is concrete based.

Nope. Hardiflex has high resistance in water but it will crushed eventually if often exposed.

Yes po. Gumagawa kami ng dirty kitchen with second floor patio ngayon na around 30sqm. Sa labor po is umabot kami ng 65k sa materyales naman is around 60k lahat lahat. Kapag concrete aabot kami ng 115k labor pa lang, di pa kasama materyales. Dahil magcacasting pa sila at kung ano ano pa.
