Great video Mr Magdad, loved the sights of the show, looks great. Walk around the tools was brilliant. Favourite tools were the Champion screwdrivers.........but you are still leading me astray buy screwdrivers as well as adjustable spanners!! 👍👍👍🇺🇸🇬🇧✌️
That was great Magdad! The machinery was what fascinated me and how well it all worked. I like the Champion screwdriver with the damaged tip. That would make a great restoration tutorial. Thanks for sharing this.
I like everything that you picked out, but my favorite is the blunt nose, smooth jawed needle nose pliers. Like the King Dick wrench, too, great find. Those screwdrivers and putty knives are awesome. Thanks for all the engine videos, always welcome.
I like the Blackhawk ratchet. I have a full set in original steel Blackhawk box humongous 3/4 inch drive sockets, ratchet and breaker bar that was my grandfather's. Neat old tools that did a lot of work before air tools were readily available.
Nice haul them old was machine motors bring back memories from when I was a kid they would always have them as a side attraction at carnivals and other events I’m now 47 them old engines never get old they just sound great another great video as usual thanks for sharing
Hi Magdad , Some Good Projects There. I Like The IH Wrench and The Knife. I Went To the Local Flea Market Here Too Today. I Didn't Get Much. But I Had Fun. I Get One Little Thing I've been Looking For. A Snap Ring Tip Set. 1.00 ! Yesterday I Picked up Another Of My Favorite Reels. A Garcia Mitchell 300 from A Guy on FB Marketplace. Seeds Cleaning and Servicing. But Works Great and Is Complete. So A Good Weekend ! I'm Glad You And The Mrs. Had Fun Too !
What an awesome looking show. I'm glad you guys had the opportunity to go and you did really good with your finds. There were quite a few gems in there that I saw and you got them for an amazing price--good eye! I liked everything that you picked up--a couple that stood out for me are the Red Devil putty knife--I love those and for .50 cents i'd buy those all day long--the blackhawk ratchet is really cool also--I usually preferred the typical craftsman pear head design but i've come around to the round head with the thumbwheel and its a bonus that it has all those patent dates on it. Finally the Champion screwdrivers! Those are choice--bravo!
Jacktown is really a cool place to spend the entire day seeing the old machines running but the one that got me was the log splitter of Death WOW i was just waiting for one of the logs to kick out and hit the poor guy in the face .... for the Flea Market Tool Haul great finds my favorite was the IH Tractor Wrench the Blackhawk Ratchet looks like someone peen the ball detent back in place and the pocket knife ... Great video Mr Magdad would be looking out for next's Sundays video
Thanks for the video. I wanted to attend today but life events during the week meant I was not able to attend. I have a Red Devil cheap putty knife with plastic handle. I have had this for years. I love the Red Devil putty knife with wooden handle and brass pins. A really nice vintage putty knife. Nice haul. Dave.
Thanks for sharing your footage of the show Magdad, all your purchases were great value I think, I particularly like the Pistol grip pad saw and anything Champion, so yes, the screwdrivers - looking forward to seeing you sort out that trashed tip !
Nice haul Magdad! Everything was great but those putty knives, International Harvester wrench, Bell System screwdriver and Champion screwdrivers are cool! I can't wait to see what you do with all them. I wouldn't be able to contain myself at a flea market like that. I would be broke and in trouble when i got home😂
I did a double take at those floating eyeballs! I like the tractor wrench, an uncommon tool, and looks in great condition. Thanks for the very interesting views around the show, all the best!
Loved the video! I like that you don't love the sound of your own voice. Too many guys just talk too much. I also like the hit and miss engines running the pumps and such. Also loved the tractor driven wood splitter. A lot more efficient than the hydraulic ones that we're stuck with today. Of course you could lose a finger, but not if you're careful. You bought some great tools. I'm sure that I could have out spent you if I'd had the chance😅. Keep 'em coming.
In the UK Safety Sally would have her knickers in a twist with all those old engines running and no barriers in front of them· The fleas you brought back will keep you amused for some time. The butchered Champion screwdriver is going to be a challenge.
What a great looking show, yet again - you are very lucky to have shows like that over there in USA. Only a very few here in England. You got a great haul of tools too - I love the smooth jawed Pliers. Looking forward to some more 'renovation' videos. Thanks Magdad for taking us along. Take care 🙂
Nice finds. My favorites the Devils puck and the Kraeuter needle nose. What do you mean you are not a Devils Fan?????? I like how you showed me those Proto wrenches.. Can I borrow a couple to complete my set??🤣🤣🤣🤣
The stubbed needle nose pliers with smooth surface on the jaws, found that quite interesting. I have to stay away from events like Jack town, I already have 10 years of restorations laying in my shop, need to at least get some of those projects completed first. Nice finds, be some fun restores in those. Thanks for the video young man.
Not much in the way of safety shields on those older machines. Wouldn’t work nowadays with the younger generation. Those needle nosed pliers with flat jaws maybe old jewellers pliers. The flat jaws wouldn’t mark up the softer metals. Just a thought. Nice haul you brought back home.
Those gas and steam powered engines are a joy to watch. Thanks to the people who toiled away to restore them and keep them alive. You did well in the tool department, and at very reasonable prices, which adds to the fun. My favorite is the IH farm tractor wrench. It's in good condition and will look great after the Magdad touch. Old farm tools lead a very tough life based on what I see at swap meets. Frequently they are beaten within an inch of their lives. Your wrench is a very nice survivor.
The tractor wrench and the wood handle screwdrivers were my favorite. I assume the sawmill is set up permanently, too big to move often. Looks like you and Mrs Magdad had a good day.
When you are looking at cold chisels look for the International Harvester logo on them also. I have a very nice one and those I have shown it to were not aware IH included a chisel in a tool set. Happy hunting! AL B.
Alot of cool old machinery at the show. Some of it didnt look OSHA approved! Lol.😂 The screw driver you got with cork in the handle made me wonder what that was for. Nice haul for $18. ✌🇺🇸
We have a historical society just up the road from where I live. A few times a year they have something like this to show off old technology. There is always a guy there making shingles and shakes.
All the tools you brought home are cool Magdad, but the wood handle/brass putty knives are impossible to pass up when found. Thanks for taking us along.
I like the Armstrong adjustable. I bought a 10" 2 weeks ago in mint condition along with a 10" Utica in almost as good condition. The needle nose might be for jewelry work. George
I scored a champion recently as well. I need to get them all together to see what sizes I have, so I know what I am missing. I think the IHC adjustable in such good shape was maybe the best find, but they are all good! 👍😀👍
Great finds Magdad! Y’all are lucky to have those shows. Nothing remotely like that around here. Great prices too. What was the deal on that chainsaw marked $2000 OBO??? Take care 👍🏼😃
Great haul! Last week I found an auto wrench that looks almost exactly like yours with the 14. Mine has a raised 32. I’m still trying to figure out who made it.
I’m sorry I missed you, I was there on Saturday! No video from me on the show but Wednesday I will say why. Love the cool Blackhawk ratchet! 😃👍
There were a lot of folks enjoying the show on Sunday. The weather was good - maybe a little windy.
That was great fun thanks so much for sharing. Have a great week.
Thanks! We had a great time at Jacktown!
Hello. I like that you always mention your wife. 👏
She is my partner in crime!
Lots of good finds. You have a lot of good items but my favorite item is the tractor wrench. Thank You for sharing the show
Thanks Jack! That tractor wrench is cool!
Great video Mr Magdad, loved the sights of the show, looks great. Walk around the tools was brilliant. Favourite tools were the Champion screwdrivers.........but you are still leading me astray buy screwdrivers as well as adjustable spanners!! 👍👍👍🇺🇸🇬🇧✌️
Thanks Phil! You can't go wrong buying vintage tools!
That was great Magdad! The machinery was what fascinated me and how well it all worked. I like the Champion screwdriver with the damaged tip. That would make a great restoration tutorial. Thanks for sharing this.
I get a kick out of watching the old machinery! That screwdriver tip is a disaster!
I like everything that you picked out, but my favorite is the blunt nose, smooth jawed needle nose pliers. Like the King Dick wrench, too, great find. Those screwdrivers and putty knives are awesome. Thanks for all the engine videos, always welcome.
Thanks Larry! I think I found some good stuff this time!
@@357magdad Looking forward to the restorations. That pocket knife looks in nice shape, also.
Great video and I think your Star buy must be the handsaw Thanks for sharing a great day out 🍺👍
I'm developing quite a collection of those pistol grip saws!
I like the steam engine displays, a good reminder of times gone by, great haul on the tools, I sure hope Mrs. Magdad did as good with her "finds".
Mrs Magdad didn't bring anything home, but she had a great time!
Nice video. Thank you.
Glad you enjoyed it!
I like the Blackhawk ratchet. I have a full set in original steel Blackhawk box humongous 3/4 inch drive sockets, ratchet and breaker bar that was my grandfather's. Neat old tools that did a lot of work before air tools were readily available.
I'll have to do some research on how old that ratchet is.

Putty knives for the win! The Red Devil putty knife will be a real beauty after you get it all polished up. Can't wait to see it! ❤

The international harvester wrench

I knew you'd dig those Kraeuters! I don't follow hockey and I identify as a Philly sports fan anyway...
That tractor wrench is definitely my favorite.
Thanks! Many viewers agree!
14:04 I use a Hockey Puck (with nothing on it) in the saddle of my Floor Jack. Works great!

I collect Red Devil, so that’s my favorite. Also the Bell System screwdriver. I have a couple tools marked that.
I've run into a few Bell System tools this year.
The International Harvester wrench.
Everybody likes that wrench!
I like those Kraeuter pliers. I recently picked up a couple of old duckbill pliers for $1 each which have an arv of $25 each.
I try to pick up Kraeuters when I see them.
Those smooth pliers, i think i used something similar in my first job (jewellery shop)
That's probably what they were for!

Wonderful finds but loyalty demands that I choose the King Dick adjustable for restoration 😀.
