I measured my dog chest 50 cm so I just followed your measurements, until I got to the rows with round connect, I still got 40 something cm. Was it wrong anywhere? How would it fit my dog chest 50cm????
For bigger sizes do you need to make adjustments to pattern of the cuffs?
Not sure if you will see this, but my dog measured up to 10 cm and if I divide that how many chains should I get😭

I don't understand 6:09 when you said "chain another half, chain numbers better multiply by 3". and then you get the number 39. Could you please explain more? What number did you use to multiply with 3 and where's it from?
For the front side (chain another half) we need to divide equally for 3 parts. Left and right parts for the front legs and the middle part for the body. Chain 39 that I can divide by 3, so each part will be 13 chains.
You can watch the video on 8:52. After 5 rows double crochets, I divided the 39 stitches in three (13 each)
oh So you mean it can be any numbers that can be divided by 3, right? like 42 / 45
I just wonder cause I do the same size as yours and I do 39 chains but it seems like mine is a lot shorter😂
I believe I understand… we are to make a chain matching the current number of stitches we have but may have to add 1 or subtract 1 to get a number divisible by 3, correct? Our numbers differ because our original row differs. I was at 23 stitches prior to the 5 row repeat so I chained 24 to get to 3 parts easier. I hope this helps someone😊

What's really sad since late last year youtube been deleting a lot of videos n it's obvious it's been even deleting a lot of crochet tutorials. I've noticed only a few videos about crocheting small dogs sweater. Shame on you youtube that's another reason I never bothered to pot any videos on my channel.

39是因為25cm 是嗎？
25公分還要減去6公分是19公分, 39個鎖針的長度是19公分, 一開始鎖針的長度是毛衣的下擺比較窄所以減去6公分.之後我們才會鉤到胸圍的位置
所以比如說寵物的胸圍是36公分，減一半是18公分，要再減6公分就是12公分，所以就須要鈎12公分的鎖針，但如果說鈎完12公分以後是19個鎖針就要多鈎幾下鎖針成21個成為3的倍數，對嗎？

Hi!! How many foundation chains did you make on the very first row? Is it equal to 39 chains that you made?
The chains of the first row depends on your pet’s chest length. You need to chain the half length of your pet’s chest length and minus 6 cm. My dog’s chest length is 50 cm. And half is 25cm. 25-6=19 So, I made chains for 19cm.
