had a rought day first and second off, its okay. i like dis for sleep and then what helps me sleep is to go do some pushups or run for 5 to 10 mins with some rock like delta parole, cuz that takes ma mind off of sleeping and i can sleep easier once i dont think about it no more. all the love and luck every one

Just some constructive criticism here. At the beginning of the role play you tell us to close our eyes but then you start doing a whole bunch of visual triggers so it doesn’t quite make sense. I found myself keeping my eyes open to watch what you were doing. I would suggest you start off with the visual triggers to relax us, then halfway or 2/3 into the video get us to close our eyes and only do auditory triggers like when you read the book but don’t show us the book like you did in the video because then we wanna see what you’re talking about and will most likely open our eyes again. Also with the eyebrow brushing, don’t use the brush on yourself first then on us. That might be a bit nit picky but idk something to consider I guess. Hope this helps. I’m really enjoying your content so far. Keep up the good work 😊
