The 4 Sknns were truly a killer live act in their heyday . With Guido Toledo and Gary Charlson on guitars, Richard Streeter on bass and Pat Tomek and or Randy Morrow on drums, they played Parody Hall almost every Tuesday night from 1983 to 1993. They played hundreds of songs very loud and very fast. They rehearsed at least 3 times during their years together and were never the worst for it. Two of the routines I remember Guido doing at the Home bar in Hays, Kansas in the eighties: the "call me Psycho" scene from the movie "Stripes," and a hilarious rant about his go-to response to panhandlers that had me on the floor laughing. It seems like only yesterday.
