To be honest, unless I go for an entire floor/house in theme, all of my HHP designs are based in the studio apartment idea. My babies deserve livable space.
The low ones are fine. I like using them as window sills and put pillows on them. But the high ones? wtf. Why did they not make them the same height as all the kitchen furniture?
The partition walls drive me crazy too!!! Never noticed the counters until now… Wish we had a floor length cut curtain to go in between the partitions and walls!!! That REALLY bugs me!!!
I WAS LITERALLY just thinking last night about how I’d like to have “medium” counters in the game. The big ones are too big, the small ones are too short, feelin like Goldilocks over here I NEED A REGULAR COUNTER HEIGHT
I think the small counters are more realistic considering how small their bodies and arms are. The problem is all the other furniture doesn't take into account their size. So it looks weird.
I loved this challenge and especially getting to see everyone who participated! It might be difficult but it would also be cool to see you all do a build for the same villager so we can see how everyone interprets that villagers personality and style! Or an easier challenge would be to do the same personality type, like everyone do a build for their cranky or smug villager. xoxo

😑 as a person who lives in a studio apartment, i resent the fact that she said true studios won’t have separate kitchens. mine does, albeit small. it has its own walls and tiled floor separate from the living/sleeping space. tyvm. 😅

I feel like when I play these games it takes me way more time than a mere 15 minutes or so. maybe its the editing you do but wow, executed so quickly annd the look turned out so funky and unique. :)🎉

Using hanging shelves and things are my favorite way to make partition walls *look* decorated even if they aren't

im usually not crazy about the light / natural wood but u used it so well it matches punchy perfectly *chefs kiss*

I usually use the "counter table" item to get around the counter height issue!
I usually used the long locker things for counters. They sit next to each other really well and they’re not super tall from what I remember
