  • The Rivermark neighborhood was developed in 2003, it is a large upscale community developed on 152 acres. The community is the first of its kind in Santa Clara, and it includes condos, townhouses, single-family homes, apartments, a major shopping center named Rivermark Village, a K-8 school, and a local library.

    There are roughly 1900 residences in the larger Rivermark neighborhood, including single-family homes, condos, and townhomes. The Miraval condominium complex, the Mission Terrace condominiums, and the Mission Gardens and Mission Place townhome developments are all included in this.
    Rivermark proper which was the original Rivermark community was developed by a consortium of three builders and consists of 6 separate developments.
    The Arbors - Two Story Single Family Homes
    Homes in the Arbors range from approximately 1,671 to 2,100 sq. ft. and include three to four bedrooms with two and one-half baths and two-car garages.
    The Parks - Walk-Up Town Homes
    Park features 125 townhomes with approximately 1400 to 1700 sq. ft., two or three bedrooms, two and one-half or three baths, and 2 car garages.
    The Promenade - Luxurious Single Family Homes
    The Promenade offers luxurious floor plans approximately 2,989 to 3,395 sq. ft. These homes feature private courtyards, offer four or five bedrooms with three and one-half or four baths, and two-car garages.
    The Greens - Two and Three Story Cottages
    The Greens II are 2 and 3-story homes approximately 1,590 to 2,036 sq. ft. and includes three bedrooms with two and one-half to three and one-half baths. Homes in The Greens II also feature porches and two-car garages.
    The Landings - Walk-up Town Homes
    These lovely walk-up townhomes range from approximately 1,500 to 1,900 sq. ft. with two and three bedrooms, two and one-half baths, and a two-car garage.
    The Glen - Traditional Single Family Homes
    These traditional homes boast approximately 2,300 to 2,650 sq. ft. and three or four bedrooms with three and one-half baths, two-car garages

    Ah yes, disposable developer housing at its finest. Santa Clara was just fine without the urban sprawl and McMansions made by millionaires. Originality is what makes Santa Clara great.

      Interesting perspective. 80 years ago the farmers felt the same way before all housing tracts took over the town. Santa Clara will continue to change for better or worse.
