This is so much BS. Now, subs will just chase me around the map, preventing me from doing anything useful and there’s nothing I can do about it. Thinking of quitting this game.
Not so much the subject but what it displays, submarines are bad design and bad for the game. Their submerged and surface feed is ridiculous. There spotting is worse than that of CV aircraft ( WG making changes to this), their ping marker is inaccurate to say the least. The impact they have is CV’s amongst other vessels simply leave the flank that a sub spawns on and they clump up. DD’s are likewise severely affected by the presence of subs and have no counter.
I will be ok with less mini-map information when submerged. Who's supposed to spot? Why do people keep spamming "Intelligence data"? Hint they want spotting. The ping marker is moderately close. People just expect "Ping = sub pointed my direction and driving like a BB" Risk management is good. Every class prays upon stragglers and lone wolfs. CVs have been around for how long and ships are finally clumping because of subs? DDs ARE the counter to subs. Those things that shoot from a ship's deck... work really good at ranges subs have to work. DDs are severely affected by the presence of anything. Heck Subs dropped DDs to 2nd on the kill order.
@@GulNadar accepted but then why is it a submerged sub gets full mini map info? History and technology was such that when submerged subs had no Comms. While the game has long diverged from historical facts there needs to be a balance which is just not there.
@@ArterialCanine Can't bring in history to the game. That would make the end-game tier 8. Also proper communication without audio comms in wows is nonexistent except for GG and trash. World of Subs !
Obviously that Alabama was AFK.
No big deal, 65k dmg. and 2 low HP kills. I guess the only thing is those torps have more cuves than Marilyn Monroe!
Im quitting games when there are subs. Game ends the same with me didging sub torps - nope!!
Same here. Playing since beta and I never been so pink like recently. 2 subs+CV? I am a low tier? Nope I'm out. Play with yourself.
Every player should do the same, so mayby WG will use their brain for once.
@@Radbug11I bet you are not a beta player.
@@banditoo7 Why? You can always check it. One of my account has the same name as here.
It's not like I play regurally. I have a lot of hiatus. I had some 1 year and some 2 years breaks. Last time i stop just before that underwater shit was implemented to the game, and come back to the game in late November.
So you'll be a crappy player to protest the game mechanics? That's an easy blacklist, and a sinking winrate. Good luck.
1:25 german submarines have more dive time using their consumable
and the british submarines are mainly unpopular because they are absolutely aweful, they are very slow, have a bad battery regeneration, a terrible DPS and only 6km range on their hydrophone, a terrible surface detection and a not impressive range.
and with the hydrophone rework they have lost everything that made them useful, as their hydrophone used to ping more frequently.
the deck is useless by the way
the british also don't get better homing, thats only for the Alliance.
Thrasher has - for a submarine - a bad stealth
a shitshow
In all honesty this game just isn’t fun like you want to come back to it kind of fun sad that WG doesn’t care about it’s player base😢😢😢😢
Yeah, wg is money hungry and dont care about the playerbase
Its sad because the game concept is amazing like, a game where you can drive historical warships on on maps that replicates places where historical battles happened
so a sub gets all the hate, but a shima dumping 20 torps point blank is fine...
Surprised
what a intense reply/game! love playing subs, so pretty underwater
LOL It turns tighter than a small speedboat. Yup, mega arcade. I hate subs.
And they fixed shotgunning... ha ha ha ha ha
They should have a separate RG without Subs and CVs, like a RG Classic Game Mode.
So you can go back to complaining about DDs like they did in classic? OK.
@@GulNadar Who said anything about DDs.
@@theiranianputin2770 That's what everyone complained about in classic wows. Hundreds of videos complaining about DDs in classic era wows.
So basically just cruisers and battleships? That's a parade around the edge of the map that includes target practice.
DDs, CVs, and Subs, same whinging, different eras.
@@GulNadar Calm down buttercup.
BBs, CAs, CLs, and DDs is a Classic game for old timers like myself that have been playing for 5ish years. The hybrids are fine to be in Classic as well. It's not hard concept to get behind lmfao.
People complain for no reason, including yourself.
I wish they would make a World of Battleships for you cry babies.
World of WarSHIPS would be nice, and used to be a thing.
Subs are boats, not ships.
The homing has to go
I can't even queue into a random battle and get a win. So f it.
whenever i see sub or cv in game, I exit. I turn pink but i dont give a fuck
This is by far not an average sub game.
He played well, the Chungmu was playing badly and the Shima wasnt any better. There was no cv and no real pressure on him.
I love playing subs and it is really no more that easy as it was.
With the next update it will be even harder...
Yes, sub was playing bad, Chungmu should have fly away from submarine and Shima should make herself immune for any damege 30 seconds (every DD captain perk).
FILTH...
Everyone abusing this shitty class is just despicable
Hate the player, not the game.
Don't get caught slipping then
Oh great, we get to watch this guy do some pve in a class that shouldn’t exist
Limit the torpedo count on all ships , problem fixed.
That would make CVs way more powerful than they are now. DDs would lose their mind. Would make Triptz viable again. lol
@@GulNadar Not really since CVs would have limited torps aswell as for DDs they have cannons too, it would make a more tactical use of torps instead of infinite barrages is not fun having to dodge 15 kitakazes torps on a 2 min cd or less.
MB that was some pure BS,😐
whoever plays sub doesnt deserve to play this game anymore ... go and find a family that actually loves u
PS: here goes my dislike just for posting a sub replay
Me too
+1
Where on the doll did the sub touch you?
Subs.... this is the way
Subs are a worthless 'add' to the game.
70 kts torps = slow wtf
still better to play against subs than carriers
that type of shotgunning needs to be removed asap stoping homing at 2 km thats atta bullshit i dont even know why you promote sub players
This is so much BS. Now, subs will just chase me around the map, preventing me from doing anything useful and there’s nothing I can do about it. Thinking of quitting this game.
guess if u moan enough subs get nerfed.....what joke!
Thanks for the video.I want to see more of submarines.
People just expect "Ping = sub pointed my direction and driving like a BB"
Risk management is good.
Only way to receive orders after WWII was via streaming a long VLF wire out back. This required periscope depth and restricted speed & manoeuvre while getting very low data rates. While the game has long diverged from historical facts there needs to be a balance which is just not there.
@@ArterialCanine Can't bring in history to the game. That would make the end-game tier 8. Also proper communication without audio comms in wows is nonexistent except for GG and trash.
The problem is they would have to make the hydrophones, etc better.
In a typical cap game I'd be fine with relying on historical sub stalking practices. That would give me 25km of spotting with good weather and a lack of islands with just a periscope.
Stopped watching as soon as I saw the sub - hate them being in game.
