Check Out Part 1 of This Video: th-cam.com/video/Pn4GFXqdADQ/w-d-xo.html
Would you like to see me doing more of this type of videos? I've been thinking of doing weapon showcase videos where I can talk about where certain weapons are useful or wasting ammo. Also, been thinking to play games with mic on, sharing my thoughts about the game I'm playing, explain how game works, showing my humor etc. It's the idea I don't want to include no damage restriction but doing it more casually. So, they wouldn't be guide videos either. Not strictly challenge but more of fun stuff.
There are more ideas such as 19:29. Jill shoots herself with G19 handgun. She doesn't see her Samurai Edge during dream sequence, but shoots Nemesis in apartment with her Samurai Edge. Magnum's crosshair/bloom memes, an enemy spawn trigger etc.

These types of videos are actually some of my favorites of yours. I'd love to see more. :)

Quite interesting stuff. Also those techniques will be very useful when I get to play the game, thanks a lot.

At 5:43 I totally discovered that by accident and out of frustration lol. Was doing a sub hour run and was running a bit behind on my usual time. I gotta check again, but I believe if you shoot the flame round and immediately skip the cut scene, you'll see Jill with a bit of fire on her.
Also, agreed on final Nemesis on Inferno. I think it actually becomes the easiest boss fight once you figure out the mechanics to the point where you can toy with him. It's just that more people aren't willing to learn and rather complain about it being cheap and unfair (it's Inferno difficulty lol). But something I discovered a while back is that if you time it right, you don't have to dodge to the second battery (after pushing in the first one). With the two battery method, the general idea is that if you don't get to the second battery fast enough, Nemesis will grab you as you're pushing the second battery in. So players generally press the dodge button to get to the second battery faster. I remember posting it online and then someone claiming I wasn't playing on Inferno even after sharing this video th-cam.com/video/ZmfYX1PC9Xc/w-d-xo.htmlsi=Q7DB5JfGOJIUXtg8 (it was on PS5)
Aside from that, great video! Was thinking maybe you could use ElevenLabs and throw in some commentary from Nathanial Bard lol.

I lost like 7 seconds at lab door on sub hour run because couldn't carry flame round due to no box restriction lol. If I remember correctly, it's even possible to be so fast that Nemesis can't even go for grab on two cycles/two battery strat on Inferno. That's normally the case on Nightmare which makes me stop and wait intentionally. When you're not touching the battery as he got up, he can do sweep move when you're there lol.
I lost more Nightmare runs to final Nemmy than Inferno. I think the problem is, RE runners just want the simplest ways to deal with enemies which is basically shoot kill everything. Stunlock the enemy if it's boss fight etc. And then when they actually have to do some gameplay, it's ''difficult''. I mean you're beating the game without taking hit on highest difficulty. There should be some gameplay/skill involved. Otherwise it's just monotone imo.
About people not believing the difficulty... They are just ignorant. Some accuse you of sth because they can't beat the game on that difficulty. Some are clueless, because they haven't seen what can be done makes them believe you're cheating, what you're doing is not possible. It's probably happening more when you're not big TH-camr/streamer. I believe I wouldn't have to deal with some people/comments if my channel was bigger.

This mentality isn't exclusive to just RE runners. Unfortunately, it's a general laziness nowadays. Play the classic RE games and you actually had to think. Now in modern gaming, once you grab a key your character will be like "This must be the key to the door across the hall with the blue sign!" lol. Everything is spoon fed to you and when something is challenging, people just complain about it being cheap, broken, etc. Just think about how it sounds "Man, Inferno difficulty is so hard! The boss is so cheap and difficult".
In saying that, I definitely want to revisit this game again but pretty much done all the worthwhile challenges.

15:19 Carlos had already seen Lickers at the R.P.D. so... I guess he really is just stupid.

There's file in RE2R on 3rd floor mentioning about lickers. Unlike Leon & Claire, he doesn't know about their advanced hearing. That might be an idea to defend Carlos lol. I think Capcom is weak in terms of story, lore etc.
It's also interesting on Hardcore he has some extra lines with RPD lickers. Encountering licker finally and killing him makes Carlos says sth. I used those footages on part 1 of this video. Interesting why they decided to remove all those extra lines on Inferno.
It makes sense as Inferno's not unlocked from the beginning, but still I guess 2R did better with enemy engagement dialogues.
