    it’s quite common for kriya yogins to see the light, hear the sound (om) and have some amazing experiences… but what amazes me the most in my sadhana is this bliss and tranquility. as the Yogiraj said, “the state of sthiratva is called yoga”. 😊

    Beautiful, Forrest! Your nuggets-of-awe collection kind of thing made me chuckle. It reminds me of Tootles' marbles in Peter Pan. It's all about attention, eh? SVS is a big part of it. When you get SCS, HRV, 4 PROFFS you should affirm to your subconscious to sit like a mountain. When you spoke of OMing into the chakras to find bliss where you referring to the use of Navi or Kriya?

    I have been doing the bliss program.... I just started the Om Japa recently... hoping I will see results in a few weeks ..have not experienced a rollup yet...now when I focus on a chakra I never experience anything negative to Om bomb on ... Nothing really comes up to OM bomb on so I just do the OM but it does not really feel different before or after ... Is that something that is common to a beginner ? I easily go into the tranquil breath and see the third eye so not sure why this is such a hurdle .

    Maybe I should mail again.
    What is the best program to buy first ?
    If someone start for 2-3 week HRV (Om Jappa, Navi, mahamudra),
    is your book would be better or one of your programs to advance to the next streps ?
    Or even just subscribe for some times on Patreon ?
    Is the bliss in the chakras is like an electrical sensation or like the the moovement in the back in the heart area ?
    Also you speak about the extension of Om Jappa with like the initiation of kryia (the first kryia ?) where to found that ?
    Isn't it HRV if we speak about the TH-cam vidéos ?
    Have a nice day.

      I would start with the Tranquil Breath or the Bigg Bliss trainin. Either of those would be great to start with... first notice if you can feel the 4 Proofs, then see if you can feel a feeling of joy as if you are being tickled behind those proofs inside of your nervous system.

    ForrestJi, Once you start noticing the prana, do you feel thru out the day ?

    • @ForrestKnutson
      @ForrestKnutson  ปีที่แล้ว

      It depends on the person and the depth of feeling. Usually it will come and go especially in the beginning. But some people will start to feel energy all the time. For some it isn't a problem at all and for others it can be disconcerting.

    Namaste Forrest Ji. I have seen that whenever I start doing my meditation nicely and with discipline, the pressure and worries of day to day activities increases which takes the focus away. Don't know why it happens everytime. Can you suggest why this happens and how can I remain focused on my meditation.

    • @asai1244
      @asai1244 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I obviously can't answer for Forest, but in my experience, sincere meditation can stir up trouble, so to speak. Those things that God wants you to give up, to deal with, to properly sort out. Given the opportunity God loves to get us into a room alone and shake the nonsense out of us.
