Amy, don't ever feel guilty about going on another adventure. You can see how happy it makes you, which is really nice to see. Every opportunity you get, just go out and grab it. What a beautiful room and view. Mr Thomas is correct about you being in too big of gear quite often but you know what you like. It's not just that you're in the big ring but that your cadence is far too slow. That's inefficient and makes you legs work harder than needed. Mr Thomas has won three world championships and a gold medal so he knows what he's talking about. Like the swimsuit look since you're almost always in a bike kit. You're right about you only live once. Never pass up an opportunity like this trip as you know, tomorrow is not promised. Kyle getting pretty comfortable on camera lol.

What an opportunity for you both, just WOW!!!!!! Johan, absolute hero of mine growing up, what a tough rider he was. Cycling was literally not covered in the UK in 80's and 90's pre internet. Couple of magazines (the comic) that was it, the tour and the worlds was literally it. Trust me the experiences your living just were not available to us bikeys then .....

I love Ibiza for cycling lots of excellent routes over there, plus off road gravel routes. Very quiet too. There’s a Sunday group who go from figuretas about 8am.

Went to Ibiza this year and briefly hired a couple of bikes, it’s a nice island and the drivers were really quite respectful of cyclists.

Thoroughly enjoying the videos from yourself and Kyle. You're both an inspiration. Please can you advise or even do a video on the recording equipment that you use. I both run and cycle and currently just use my iphone for taking pictures while I'm out either at home or working away and would like to take it to the next level
