i was just going to comment this!! i'm not HoH but i think i've done long-term damage to my hearing (gotta love music) and i don't like to watch movies without subs. i also went to RIT/NTID so they always had subs. i really appreciate annika's extra work in subtitling her videos!

girl do NOT give up on the blue light glasses!! if you have a decent pair, there should be a noticeable difference throughout the day between your glasses and your screen. and you can adjust the color settings on your computer and phone (or download software like Flux, which does it for you) to ease you into warmer light in the evenings/early mornings. i made the switch a couple years ago and i swear, it's really made a difference for my circadian rhythm!

Hint for picking Avocados take the little stump thing on the top off and if it’s yellow it’s not ripe brown it’s over ripe and green it’s perfect however different ppl like different ripeness levels so if your extremely specific check the shade of green. ❤️

Heyo! About early mornings, I had to get up really early every day last winter (2021/2022) because of an internship. I did get a wakeup light alarm clock for Christmas that year, and it did really help me to feel a lot better with getting up and started. I am noticing it again now, as I needed to get back on a decent sleep schedule after my Universities Christmas break. You can get cheap ones on amazon for around 25 Euros here, and they are actually kinda cute and sometimes have RGB. Again, I feel like it did help me, it might be for you as well!
