I adore thé subtitles! I am HoH in one ear and have audio processing disorder and I usually get lost watching TH-cam because they don’t have good subtitles so it is so nice to find an awesome TH-camr with good ones

i was just going to comment this!! i'm not HoH but i think i've done long-term damage to my hearing (gotta love music) and i don't like to watch movies without subs. i also went to RIT/NTID so they always had subs. i really appreciate annika's extra work in subtitling her videos!

oh my god you're so real for that. I feel this on another level
girl do NOT give up on the blue light glasses!! if you have a decent pair, there should be a noticeable difference throughout the day between your glasses and your screen. and you can adjust the color settings on your computer and phone (or download software like Flux, which does it for you) to ease you into warmer light in the evenings/early mornings. i made the switch a couple years ago and i swear, it's really made a difference for my circadian rhythm!
