The best is yet to come. Love everything about this… a blank canvas creation by a brilliant team. Can’t wait to see how the next episodes come together.
Best episode so far 🙌🏼 Love seeing the progress among all riders, clear to see the drive each rider has and the bond with each horse ❤️ And of course I love watching my own horse Timmy in action 🤩🤩
"You don't have to want to go to the olympics to enjoy showjumping" - Loved this lesson from Geoff! Very insightful and an amazing opportunity to get a glimpse into his mindset firsthand! Very excited to see how Lucinda and Heike come across in the series too! Fully believe the best is yet to come!!
The lesson with Geoff starts at 17 mins for anyone interested 😊 looking forward to Lucindas lessons shes a fabulous coach says it exactly how it is love that! 🥳👏
@@lemonladyYTthis has been half the problem in the industry for too many years, so many people willing to knock others. If this series was to just follow every other series on tv it would be boring. One thing I can say the grassroots gazette has never been boring. Always been brave enough to back the community that had no backing for years.
@@Gar_mon.2 You need to read my comments (and the replies) on Episode 2 then watch Episode 4. I WANT this to work because it's a modern approach, but there are amateurs producing better content on a laptop than we see in the first 3 episodes of this series.
How do we watch the actual lessons? The “episodes” only have 5 minutes or less of the actual education content. It’s difficult to follow the training goals without seeing & hearing the entire lesson. I was hoping for more riding instruction content.
Where's the mindset focus this series is supposed to be about? I guess the last 3 minutes of Episode 2 that I couldn't be bothered to watch. Certainly nothing in the random tack talk which appeared at the start of this one. I stopped watching when the sponsor bit started. Do you reckon Episode 4 might finally introduce the grooms and explain why they are necessary for one horse at a training camp?
I've tried with this series as you can see. Made it to E3. But the editing is SO. BAD. It would, for example, be nothing short of miraculous if these editors could manage to get the coach and rider into the same frame when he's giving a correction. It would be even more miraculous if we could actually see the behavior that gave rise to the verbal correction. Honestly a live stream would be better. Nobody is going to learn anything useful from this unless they have the capacity to suss out which exercise might improve their horse, and I promise you most don't. Complete waste of time (mine) and talent (the coaches).
Im not even 10 minutes in, having finally geared myself up to watch this episode, and I'm bored already. No host intro. Straight into a random tack talk to find out info we should have been given in episode 1 if that wasn't all about the sponsors (nothing about mindset which is supposed to be "the focus"). Then it's off on a mini sponsor roundup like a selection of canapés. Tiny snippets of info the viewer is expected to add in their head (not stomach) to all the other snippets until we might actually feel full by the end of the series. Sorry. I'm done watching. You've let yourselves down, the riders, trainers, equestrian centre and sponsors. But most of all you've let the viewers down. If I was a sponsor I'd be asking for my money back. If i was one of the awesome trainers I wouldn't be signing up for a second series. As a rider I guess free lessons and products would be worth applying for the next series, but maybe not if word gets round and no top trainer wants to be involved and there's no quality sponsors either. 😢
Head over for Episode 4 I think it might sate you. As this is a new creation there is the ability to listen to viewers and make adjustments and improvements all along. Something which is not possible in most series. There is more lesson content, more advice from the coaches and more rider feedback. I enjoyed it the most!
@@virtuosoirishsporthorsesI did actually dare to start Ep4 because I love Lucinda Fredericks. Absolutely agree with you. They've listened to criticism and made vast improvements. Still a ways to go but at least we've got watchable content now. I've taken the time to comment in detail because I so want this to be all they promised. Other videos I mostly click away from and say nothing. Really heartened to know it's been worthwhile. ❤

Just getting better and better! Absolutely love the horses being a focal point this week... But I can't pick a favourite 😅😂 All absolute rockstars💪😍

I thought showjumping day was last episode, didn't expect more snippets. The storyboarding and editing are dreadful.
