Honestly I think the thing that makes her way more broken than the current broken operators like Mlynar , Chalter , Surtr is the fact that she does so much damage off skill which becomes clear in the H7-1 showcase she can easily handle enemies even while off skill it's insane
Is it bad that given it's a single player game and that we can clear shit with 3 and 4 star ops... that this doesn't bug me? Also i'm biased cause I love W and wanted her to be good for a long time xD
@@narius_jaden215 I just don't think it's good for the game when the difference between a new broken unit is so large even with the current broken units If they design more bosses with really annoying mechanics or events like DOS just to counter operator like walter it's better to not release these operators in such a broken state Also if they wanted to make her broken then they should have made her mlynar level broken not a tier above him lol But bro just enjoy the game if you like W good for you It's not like this will kill the game as this has happened a lot of times now though this time it is at a higher level Sorry for writing such a long comment lol 😆
While its true she is broken I dont think her soloing H7-1 means that much considering Ascalon (and a bunch of other ops) can also clear it, if anything I'd say that its less balanced to have a "support" unit be able to solo clear it over someone thats in Rosmonti's class (someone who is broken op in canon). Also as someone that didnt care for uncle (Mlynar) and also avoids picking him from support all I can say is this is a single player game and its up to you how easy you want the game to be, if you really dont want to play on easy mode then just dont use her or the other broken units and I wouldnt worry about future balance of bosses considering the devs have been very good at making every stage clearable by low rarity ops.

There more i think about Walter the more op she appears. as long as her soul shadows dont die she is perma camouflaged like lunacub. and those shadows have the hp of a maxed out saria, the defense of a maxed out penance and insane 50 res. they have 0 block, so they won't take melee attacks, making them near immortal + you can have up to 3 of them providing camouflage. they also have some randomness in their attack interval to desync themselves to have higher uptime of slow.
i noticed that while wis has a slow atk animation she stops the attack if target is gone. this has been a problem with rosmontis where she just attacks nothing. wis having towers and CC is a great addition to the flinger subclass, but being able to target drones is a bit odd

For example, let's say state can't be overrided by another with lower value than its own. The key point is that state and its value aren't always synchronized(which is not a flaw. it's necessary). states should have their own transition timing for their value. Before that point, since the value hasn't changed yet, if needed, they can bump back to idle state(which probably would have the lowest value). (As I've told you above, this might be just me doing this) Usually, I put the transition of the value to be excuted when the projectiles are shot. Then what's the matter with Ros? Ros shoots out her projectile almost instantly. Which means, she almost got no time to cancel her attack. All we can do is just to watch her long ass following animation. also, her projectile looks like it isn't a actual projectile. I think she just creates an object with delayed call at the enemy's position with fixed animation, Think of a time bomb, just like skyfire's 2nd skill. The falling pillar is just a visual.(I guess this was to avoid awkward trajectory, which could be caused by homing mechanism). By the way the projectiles of most operators including wisadel are true projectile. we can easily spot many situations that proves arknights' arrow like projectiles work with rigidbody. This time bomb like mechanism causes the Ros's aiming issue.
Yea, Walter has definitely created a new power ceiling for Operators and I fear what kind of Operators (Especially Snipers) they will have to start creating to compete
Between Ch'alter and Mlynar we had 19 operators and between him and Walans we had 30 so I dont think we have much to worry about, if they release a new op operator it will be in a long time from now most likely.
I’m kinda sad that she’s boring. We had some limited ops recently like Mumu and her clones, Virtuosa and necrosis dmg, Shu and her teleportation, so I was expecting W alter to have some cool new mechanic when in reality it’s just being able to hit aerial as a flinger 😭
@@thanhannguyenhuynh8319 That's camouflage and no it's not invincibility. It prevents enemy to directly target her, basically an anti- aggro but Aoe dmg can still affect her. On the other hand, invisibility which Firewatch talent(or skill?) have give the 'true invincibility', no aggro and immune to Aoe dmg.
@@Pit_1500 I don't know about this one. I search and double check her wiki and it tells the summoned give her camouflage not invisibility. You can check it with yourself if you want.

Why does he periodically remove spawns?
When you activate s3, you get 2 spawns, but the max is 3, so it’s better to remove the low hp spawns to spawn new full hp ones.
