I start all my drives with a 15 min training session as well. It's never terminated by a security guard though. At least he seemed friendly

There is a police training ground somewhere behind that IKEA on one of those streets. Police rarely uses it and it's practically an empty lot with decent asphalt and even some tires around it. Look around and you'll find it. It's really hard to miss.
