Burger Buns Recipe Home-made

Burger Buns are essential for making good burgers. In this video, I will show you the authentic burger buns recipe. You can make these buns at home easily.
Ingredients:
Milk 1/2 cup 120ml
Yeast 1/2 tsp 5gms
Flour 2 cups 300gms
Salt 1/2 tsp 2gms
Sugar 2 tbs 20gms
Egg 1 large 55gms
Butter 2tbs 30gms
Directions:
Dough Rest before adding butter 20mins
First Proofing 1-1.5hrs
Second Proofing 1-1.5hrs
