You can see him raising his hands at 8:15:50. But since the animation of this spell is slow, and Bane was low HP, he died to the Pugna nether ward faster than the spell was completed. I mean, damn, what are the chances of that? It's not like LGD were caught by surprise, they left Bane behind and he was ready, but he was unfortunate to be low enough to die from that ward... Just shows how much tiny details and plain luck can change everything when both opponents are so incredibly skilled. Amazing series!
The speed of the cast animation doesn't matter, the ward always hits instantly in the moment between after the cast animation is finished and before the spell is completed.
Arc Warden paired up with Shaker is such a clever Lineup. When ever Arc spams his Bubble people are naturally inclined to move into it and group up... And then Shaker dunks em'.
