Her voice and guitar is perfection together. The sound of that guitar is amazing. So mellow and melodic and warm. It retains the feel of an acoustic guitar so it feels rather intimate
Lianne's smile when she sings makes me feel at ease. Her serious face in this song makes me feel uneasy and really feel her pain. She's seems like a natural story teller and performer, that's why I love her and that's why I hate the guy/girl this song is about!
I only just discovered Lianne two days ago and oh my gosh she's fascinating!!! I'm infatuated. This song is just incredibly gorgeous and slightly haunting! LOVE! She makes me proud to be British!

I hear all sorts of influences in Lianne, from Brazilian singers like Elis Regina, to Little Dragon's Yukimi Nagano, to Jill Scott and Alicia Keys, but she never feels contrived or forced -- just weaves them into something unique and fresh but immediately accessible. Classy and clean, fantastic.
