tā shì wǒ de nǚ péng yǒu 。
她是我的女朋友。
She is my girlfriend.
zhè shì bú kě néng de 。
这是不可能的。
It's impossible.

打车 = take a taxi, you can't say, 打公交，
what you can say are: 乘公交，坐公交，搭（公交）车
虽然已经四年了，而且你已经得到了回复。但是我要告诉你，“乘的士”和“坐的士”没有任何区别。但是，鉴于你所用的词汇“的士”，我觉得你可能在说广东话。但我不会粤语，从普通话层面来讲，“坐”和“乘”的区别就是，“坐”更口语化，“乘”更书面化。
