How I've dealt with that comes from experience with job interviews, meetings, etc. I tell myself that what I'm experiencing is adrenaline, excitement, and that's it's a normal part of facing the unknown, I try to identify it internally and that gives me a little more control over it's effect on me. On the pitch it's harder for me, my coach told me to keep it simple, calm down, start with a basic, simple pass, and then build from there.

this is good but in lower level football the defending isn't the same as there really wont be consequences of the defenders running at you, in pairs, unlike professional football which allows defenders to pressure you at certain times and not constantly, but nonetheless this is a good vid.
Such an issue for me like I have sm control so many skills I can shoot I can pass I can do everything, but I overthink everything, sometimes I don’t sometimes I do I wish I could go back to being in flow state. I even get nervous at training.

i'd say it is mainly up to you, choose what music makes you the most comfortable and give you the confidence that you need. everyone taste's of music is different, so choose what you think is good.

I want to improve more and more but I cannot train full time because of school, since my parents are sending me to private school and I do not want to waste their money. I only train if there is no homework or if it’s the weekend. Not being able to play in a local team, since I have all my planners booked, I cannot improve much other than joining the school team, which I have. How do I manage to make it pro with all of this pressure, sometimes I think I’m not good at the game because I see all of these players on television. How can I improve my mentality and game playing?
I try to empty myself before a game, just let go of everything, and keep it simple in the game.
