Why does it ask for a activation code ?
Sometimes it will do that on an update or a fresh install. It's usually windows admin or permission errors. Do HydraFlash>Help>Reset Software Activation

Ok I installed one works great but my truck only turns on when I plug the laptop back on and if I unplug the laptop top and try to turn my truck on it doesn't start ?i need help
How to you put the tunes in different order i just installed mine and the tow tune is number 7 and I'd rather it be number 4 but unsure the best way to do that
Will a php hydra tuner that was on a 2001 7.3 work with a 1997 7.3 if i renove tbe newer tunes and put old ones back on?
Yes, you just need to put the correct tunes on the Hydra.

I have question? I just purchased Hydra and my question is are you able to program a tune to your specific truck specks for example how I have my truck set up 5” turbo back straight pipe will this effect my tunes ?
I would not suggest a re-write just for exhaust.
What tunes should I use for towing 8500 lb trailer?
I recently aquired a pcm with a hydra chip in it. Has 15 tunes for stock factory injectors. Can just the box code be changed to the pcm im running? Or do i have to erase and reprogram tunes to my box code in the truck

You will most likely need to reprogram it. Just follow the standard setup and you'll be fine.
How will I know which tunes to pick, example 65 daily driver ,or 65 daily driver w/modify valve body . ?
If I buy one for my current 7.3 and then sell it and get another truck to replace it could the tuner be reused
If it's another 7.3L Powerstroke, yes.

Unfortunately, HydraFlash only works on Windows computers.
I just purchased a chip and 6 tunes. But i noticed that it doesn't have bypass. I thought that was standard.
I think the “stock” is the bypass

It does! We've got a full compliment of files for all the 7.3L vehicles.
I have a swamps chip will this work for it
If it's a Hydra it will work. We have a lot of vendors that sell the Hydra. If it's the older TS-style or knob-style chip it will not work.
Quick Question: I just brought a 7.3 with a hydra tuner already installed. The issue is, I wasn’t given the order of tunes listed. Is there a way I could check?
You are on the video that goes over HydraFlash. You'll just download HydraFlash and plug in your Hydra Chip. It will show you what tunes are on the chip.

Cody, the chip most often arrives blank. Does it show 1-15 as empty?

It's the same process, you just use the folder icon instead of the "change" button. Downloading from an email account has different steps depending on what email account you are using (gmail, hotmail, yahoo, etc.).
I can't get hydraflash to open in my android smart phone
HydraFlash only works on Windows computers.
