I was in one of his live concerts way back in the early 80s and it seems to me that he didn't miss a beat. He's one of those rare combination of an artist who's very talented and looks good too!

Mr. Hajji ALejandro are among those Filipino artist na may "SIGNATURE VOICE" meaning na kahit nakapikit mata mo ay makikilala mo kung sino sya like JAYA, JESSA ZARAGOSA, MARTIN, GARY to name a few others....such a powerful voice, how I wish na meron din mga artist na sumunod na ganyan ang voice na may substance at di lang puro birit ang alam...

I can't remember if it was Danny Javier who wrote this song for Hajji Alejandro because his marriage to Rachel's mother came to an end. For Rachel Alejandro to have her version over a decade later was really the best revival of this song.
