Why 12 Of The World's Priciest Items Are So Expensive | So Expensive Season 12 | Business Insider
Wonderful compilation of information, especially on the Egyptian Cotton. Yes, I’d love to have a couple of those beautiful geodes.
Thanks for watching!
I’m happy to see the amethyst miners wearing PPE. So many of these videos from other countries show people working in horrendous conditions and they either aren’t given PPE or they refuse to wear it. But that artist at the lapidary saw wasn’t wearing a mask. Even wet sawing creates micro particles that can be breathed in.
Honestly my stupid brain thought that thumbnail was a bunch of penguins
Monkeys… I thought they were monkeys
I thought I saw penguins in babushkas
@ceebeedub177 what's a babushka? I think that's a Kate Bush song (reference for the older peeps)
Edit: The song is called Babooshka. My mistake
Same 😂
@@ItsMeYourRealDad it's an old lady headscarf. I can say that because I'm an old lady
The artisan sanding the amethysts without any respiratory protection must have inhaled kilos of stone dust over his lifetime..
😢 yep.
I was just thinking this
Imagine being a japanese cow and suddenly the farmer keeps flowing beer down your throat.
33:18 even the cameraman is not safe anymore 💀💀💀
I want 2 of those million dollar amethyst geods!!!!!!
I really enjoy your content!
We all thought they were frozen penguins 🐧 🥶😅😂
I loved this video.
Why do these cows need to have that thing in their nose and attached it to the horns? It looks so sad and not needed at all...
if im remembering correctly - its on the younger ones, it stops them from trying to nurse on the other girls when they are freshly weaned from their mothers. if they start nursing on the other cattle it can cause some pretty nasty injuries to the other cows. they are generally only a temporary thing until they stop trying to nurse on the other heifers.
Having a septum ring myself, I can say that it's not painful. Even during healing, it's annoying at worst. Once healed they won't even be bothered by it. I can pull on mine without pain and I don't even notice it's there most of the time.
@business insider, could you tell me what piano song is playing starting from around 1:40:54?
Excelentes documentos empresariales, gracias por la recomendación del algoritmo de TH-cam 🌱🌿🌹💚
Interesting but such animal abuse when they feed carries or any other animal beer

I can not thank you enough!
I wasn't financial free until my 40’s and I’m still in my 40’s, bought my third house already, earn on a monthly through passive income, and got 4 out of 5 goals, just hope it encourages someone's that it doesn’t matter if you don’t have any of them right now, you can start TODAY regardless your age INVEST and change your future! Investing in the financial market is a grand choice I made.
yeah investment is the key to sustaining your financial longevity but venturing into any legitimate Investment without a proper guidance of an expert can lead to a great loss too
Hello, I’m 37 and I am not worth much yet , please help me out. Bought my first house last month and I can't seem to make any other smart investment.
wanted to trade, but I got discouraged with the market price fluctuations
Can you recommend a guide for me?
Haven't you heard of Expert Chrissy Barymoer ?He gives excellent guide on the right stock with high dividend
Interesting that The Business insider decided to take down Mondays video about the declining birth rate. Turns out telling people they are selfish for not having kids when they can't afford them isn't good practice. It's also hilariously hypocritical.
Dang,,, this is 2 hours. but im so in to it with 0:23 when they show the penguins.. ops..its not a penguins
Kudos to team BI for this commendable demonstration of this precious commodities. Request you to pay a visit in kannauj ,Uttar Pradesh, India where you will find best of fragrances to name a few pure sandalwood oil and india rose oil among others!
Thanks for watching!
At 27:36 those aren't fire ants! They look like a species of weaver ant. It's an extremely important distinction because fire ants are native to south america and are EXTREMELY invasive worldwide, where as weaver ants are not! Weaver ants are extremely important to their ecosystems and are currently being out-competed by invasive ant species. Native ant species are not pests!
They are fire ants, fire ants are quite common here. You also find a lot of fire ant mounds here, even though they aren't native
Goals are the fuel in the furnace of achievement.
WOW!!!!
very good
Starting at 27:36 I think those ants are called weaver ants, not fire ants. What do you think @antscanada?
i bet this is the same items we have seen a dozen times already
I would love to have a bespoke suit. Too bad it's out of my price range.
I feel like both Ru and Production team were ready to kick Mhi'ya out of the competition. But then she did that! The only way thay can convince us that Plasma won the lip sync is if they cut Mhi'ya completely. That's how undeniable her win was.
Please take that annoying music off, it prevents the hard of hearing from following the comentry. If someone wants music then put the radio on using your choice of music.
1:07:21 is he wearing a buletproof w
vest?
The fire ants biting the producer 😭😭
Speaking about the nutmeg and mace(?(still trying to figure out what that is)), I saw that you can get paid $150,000USD/year to let wolf spiders use you as a ferry harvesting cranberries.
I don’t think these folks are getting the same compensation. I’ve been bitten by a wolf spider. I’ve actually been the main dining table for a group of hatchlings.😂
I’ve also been the main source of sustenance for a red ant colony. I’ll take the wolf spiders any day.
Thanks BI for helping show us in a privileged country how much work goes into the things we take for granted. And thanks for, intentionally or inadvertently, reminding us of our privileged status.
uv rays can damage and change the color of the amethyst stones... it's such a surprise to see these so-called professionals leave the product out in the sun with no cover from uv rays
So if the invasive Nile Perch gets eradicated there, what happens?
those stones are treasures indeed😘💓🤞🏼🩷🌷
The observers ! They are here to observe!
How did England claim the Falkand Island when its even thousands of miles away while Argentina is only 300 miles away ? Has anyone complaint about that ? Isnt this where historical claim comes about ?
They need to stop pulling the animals by their nose like that
They need to stop eating them😢
@@thisismepalak never gonna happen
Seen most of these already, reposted.
I wanted to look at the crystals and handsome guys but I had to read the subtitles…😂
I have amethyst at home weighing more or less 65 kg to 75 kg tested AUTHENTIC with certificate,I'm selling it but it's difficult to find a buyer here in the Philippines
Wait... The nutmeg girl said she made 10k rupees a month at her last job and is happy picking nutmeg now at 250 rupees a day.... that's only 7.5k a month if every day is worked...
Yea my math isn’t mathing either….someone help
@@jokescity3985 maaaybe their economy changed where the rupee is worth more now
0.40 Am I the only one who got major Minecraft vibes? 😂
I think taking so much out of its natural recourse is so sad…All for the almighty dollar.
The transition between the videos in this compilation is somehow less smooth and more jarring than usual.
she got 10000 a month there and was unhappy now she gets 250 a day which is 7500 a month now shes happy
Few things I didn't knew existed
collings is more expensive than martin
I cannot stand seeing those rings and that poor cows nose!!!!!! Its cruel and not necessary!!! So is them having to eat dry feed!!!!
💸
To the Amathysts guy, don't let your inventory sit around even in a down economy simply because you cannot find a buyer, thats a rock that belongs to the public until a private entity comes along, so put it out for the public not on YOUR floor.
Just what I wanted to eat, a lab produced fungus injected into a corn cob grown in Mexico. Good for you, good for me, give me some !
The French dude need subtitles too...can't understand tf he's saying in english
Now universal most expensive thing is comercial youtubers paid pramotion content
Terrible audio I can barely hear her mushed in the music

Because people are greedy
Vegan candles?!?! Ok, im out
Marketing at it's finest
It's amazes me the amount this channel plays rehashed videos. Un following...
