Is it available for Android? Is there something I'm doing incorrectly? In addition, the RP Versa Gripps in Large size is out of stock. Do you plan on producing more of them?

I often hear weightlifters mention getting cardio by lifting, but I'd love to hear Dr. Mike discuss this. Ultimately, "cardio" doesn't just mean that you get your HR really high, otherwise you could do a speedball while you watch a horror movie and call it "cardio". My understanding is that there is a difference between low-intensity steady-state (LISS) cardio and anything cardio gained from high-intensity, both in the effect it has on your mitochondria and in the affect it has on your heart. In short, LISS will train your heart to pump more volume per beat, resulting in it growing bigger (but in a healthy way), and has the biggest effect on mitochondrial biogenesis. HIIT or supersets or maxing out your HR by squatting until you want to puke or anything like that will not make your heart bigger or increase it's volume per pump, but will make the walls of your heart thicker/stronger and make each pump stronger, it will result in some mitochondrial biogenesis (but not as much as LISS) but will cause your mitochondria to become more efficient at producing energy.

No Lifting is resistence Training, (Bad Lifting might count AS cardio) Not cardio.
LISS is stuff Like Walking you burn some cals and your Body is slightly more aktive but you dont get fatiques from IT, IT hast the Same upsites AS regular cardio or HIT, HIT is the opposite you try to Power you Out in the shortest amount of time, HIT is more time effizient while LISS Burns probabably a little bit more cals and less fatiquing but can Take hours. Preach on rotating through exercises. I find that it’s good to have 5-6 core exercises in your routine: Something that’s not too many where you can be experienced in the proper movement and knowledgeable about how much weight you can handle. But most body parts can be trained effectively with only 3 exercises or even 2 for the smaller ones. Like with chest if you do a flat or decline press, then some incline work, and some type of fly movement you’re set for the day.

Alex isn't some briliant investor, but a two bit swindler who is nowhere near that rich and the money he did get was by leveraging influencer status for various self-help and consulting schemes. Does he still claim he is natty as well? Disappointing to see Dr. Mike wealth worship and give him such respect. Also cherry picking good stuff to praise when he likes someone while savaging other people is getting old.

for me something that help reminds me about getting the super stretch on every rep, is the purpose of muscles. the goal of your muscles isn’t to be strong, it’s to resist forces, and so the best training is with the most forces and resisting them the most

I do full body workouts at home with dumbells. They do work best for me. I do them 3 times a week (well, I try to). It lasts about an hour with warm up and warm down. I'm not exercising to become supper jacked or anything, I'm losing weight/fat, building strength, and it's best for me with previous injuries and access to facilities. I can see why it doesn't work for a lot of people, but full body can be really good.

Usually when people do full body, they skip a day.
When it is back to back, typically they are doing different rep ranges (8-12 vs 15-20) and sometimes a compound movement for a body part one day and finishing on another day.

Versa Grips actually are really nice, 35yo, blue collar, grip is usually tired half way through the workout then work gets harder. Got versa Grips and really helped at the gym and stopped getting cramps at work, also so much easier to set up than other grips

Mike’s content is getting way better. Super great actually! I also love his recent podcast on the genetic cause of obesity. Only things I’ve found that don’t align with his views are that I think the contracted range has benefit, I don’t think doing full range of motions is better if parts of the range have next to no resistance, and I don’t like running from super low to super high frequency over and over. I prefer to cycle volume to find the volume sweet spot and then try to stay in that sweet spot as it moves. Maybe more challenging, but not that hard actually.

Mr. Israetel, will you please do a video of you on a random day at the gym, but in a POV with internal dialogue that is open and truthfully transparent but funny AF 😂😂😂 that’s would be so good. I mean you can control how brutally honest you are to a point where you don’t start a war or get Xed. Just a thought… it would be a cool perspective and it would also be a new and refreshing format to develop and create more off of. Anyways… Many Blessings and Shalom my brother. ✌️

"full body, thus no cardio needed." I am sort of a beginner. I always did some weight training, but I started lifting heavy only 12 months ago. I did full body 2 - 3 times each week, only barbell/DB, each workout had 4 compound movements. Every workout was exhausting. Recently I switched to upper/lower. Upper body training is cool, but it doesn't get the heart rate up like lower body.
