Wow! please do more videos like this! so interesting to hear behind the scenes technical info explained like this from someone with the actual knowledge to back it up. whilst it's always interesting hearing practitioners takes on the gear, there is so much insight / hard or objective science we're missing that someone like Ziga can give us! Sharing this knowledge & wisdom benefits everyone! Thank you Ziga, and great interview skill from Justin as always!
I LOVE THIS! This made me truly the why, when we reach for certain gear. The information wasn't forced, it was direct, and very easy to understand. I appreciate this more than you know. Thanks, again!
LISA is a definittve secret weapon. I own almost every mainstream plugin from every big name developer, but there is no other plugin from any developer that can do to a master what LISA does. I've only been mastering for about 5+ years, but using LISA for the first time, was like someone gave me a genie in a bottle with unlimited wishes for mastering.
A really nice, clear explanation from Žiga on a wonderful, but quite complex beast of an EQ. He obviously knows his stuff and so can explain the intricacies with an informed clarity that's very helpful and refreshing! Thanks Žiga!
I love when said it was hard to put it in exact words. He definitely reminds me, which I tell myself with anything I begin to create, DON'T FORGET ABOUT THE FEELING! Feelings come first, always. Thank you PA for this!
This inspired me to go back to the LISA and work with it for a few hours, and, after reading the manual and watching this short talk, I'm now MIUCH more confident in my usage of this plugin. Now, I have more ability to coax what I want out of the LISA. One of the most amazing things about the LISA is how it brings out the subtle nuances and then can push them forward in the sound stage from mids on up, while keeping the lows nice and tight and smooth etc. It also does all this while keeping things wide and airy but not overly so, while adding gentle saturation (or aggressive should you so choose with the various Drives and Gains like TX and Headroom and the IG/OG etc.) The dynamics and such make so much more sense now that I read the book. Now I can get so much more out of LISA with all this new understanding, thank you to PA for this video and for a manual that made sense!
Love love this Plugin!!! 💙💙.. I am a fan of the work that Plugins Alliance is doing. I appreciate their engagement with the community, and I am supportive of their mission.
Great interview. My mind began to imagine a plugin that was solely featuring many of the most sought after transformers (Neve and others) and using this new transformer tech. You know, so you could insert it anywhere in your plugin chain. Just a thought.
One of my newer favourites 4 sure. I record things in live on mainly various grooveboxs these days... To create templates of things from it i can produce up further more. This plug has been great for processing the raw recordings of my hardware with...
With a little bit of practice ... I will buy this but I need to learn it and have no time. Also use Ivory from Acustica Audio which is another kind of Dynamic Analog. Questions and clarifications from Justin and Brainworx are great!!

@@synthoelectro They do offer a14 day demo. If you need a longer trial, sometimes they'll extend it if you ask politely. Just get on their email list to get their vouchers. They have awesome discounts which help young and aspiring music producers just starting out. PA is my go-to for mastering plugins but they also have some of the best mixing plugins you'll find.
Gain controls before and after the transformer such as, volume automation/vocal and bass rider, compression? Is there such a thing as an universal transient rider? Especially for mix busses!

This is the best Plugin Alliance plugin ever made in my opinion.

I absolutely love this plugin. If my CPU would take it I'd use this on every channel. It just sounds so good.
I've owned this for a little over 6 months now and it is on EVERY mix without fail. Worth every penny I spent.
I like it as well.
Thanks for the awesome feedback and sharing your experience!
I agree, very smooth and clean

Can we just buy the update or do I have to buy the plugin again?
All of our bug fix releases and maintenance updates are free.
I am buying the hardware.
