Did yours come with a Bluetooth wireless shutter remote? If so did you get it to work? I have an Android phone I just got this light and I cannot get it to work with my Android even though it says it's connected
Yes, mine did come with a remote. However, I did not try it. If it’s connected it should work. Maybe try disconnecting and reconnecting to see if that works.
Im still having problems with mine. You didnt really explain how to set the rest up. How do you get it to take pictures? I had to turn off my phone and restart it to get mine to pair but now its not ytaking vids or pics!

You’re welcome! And if you have the same exact ring light as mine there are 3 parts that can extend. Twist the pole to the right and slide up to extend and twist left to lock it in position afterwards. Hope that helps you
The same problem you had with extending the Pole and keeping it up you left that part out that was one of the main parts you know you might come back and tell him that how you got the Pole to stay extended and how did you get you know the problems that we're having we need to know how you did

Oh no. Make sure the power cord is completely plugged into power socket and use the button keys connected to right light to turn on if remote is not working. Hopefully that helps, if not you may need to replace it.
I personally did not use the remote but from watching other videos looks like there is a switch on the side of the remote to turn it on then you want to turn blutooth on your phone and pair that way. Hope this helps
Hey, I’m not sure why it may be turning off by itself. I haven’t experienced that problem. Try turning the brightness down a little lower and checking the remote control to make sure it doesn’t have a auto shut off button (I don’t believe it does, if you have the same exact one as I showed in the video) I hope this helps.

@@alexandriaxiong6344 okay, there should be a rubber piece that goes inside the piece that clips onto the pole and that will make it tighter. If you already have the rubber piece on then just tighten the clamp and lock it so that it is secure
@@alejandrairuegas7242 Ok and no I haven’t. I’ve honestly only used it once to try it out and it worked fine. I normally adjust the light using the control connected on to the ring light.

It should, if you have the same ring light. If you pull on the bar there should be three bars that pull up that will extend the tripod. You have to turn right and pull up and then turn left to lock it so that it won’t go back down. Hope this helps
