amar mone hoy simply you made a mistake 40 story hobe na zone 2 er jonno approximately 14/15 story building hole for zone 2 Dhaka dynamic analysis kora ucit for regular building am i right or wrong ?

আমরা ডাইনামিক এনালাইসিস কেনো করবো?? কারণ ডাইনামিক এর চাইতে ইকুইভেলেন্ট মেথড সেইফ বেশি।

The main difference between static and dynamic analysis is TIME! If the load is applied so slowly, that inertia effects won’t play a role, all you need is static analysis. Dynamic analysis handles impacts and other “fast” happening situations, but also vibrations (which happen in time).
Static analysis is performed on the source code itself while dynamic analysis is commonly called testing, and is performed on input and output of the executable.
