Combine this with Jiggle Mesh Weight Painting found lower down in the same Deform dropdown menu, and this is bullseye what I was looking for, specifically for a mesh that makes up a characters hair. Thanks man.

How far computer rendering technologies have come.....just need insane amount of hardworking and time even after so much easyfying of 3D softwares. Even though it depends on the complexity and quality of the model you will be creating. But if you want to create a considerably Highly detailed model, then get ready to meditate too because you will be needing the patience and hard work later.

Hello Mike and Thankyou for the tutorial. I have one question....in this you have shown how to apply the jiggle to a whole object but how would you apply it to a part of an object ie the belly of a rigged character to make a belly wobble ??

Hold right mouse button on the object, go down to 'Paint' -> 'jiggle' -> '{deformer name} - weights'. You can paint the influences of the deformer now.

Could i use this for a hanging strap instead of putting controls on the strap and keying each control?

    This is great!
So a small question, lets say I have a female character and I want to add a bouncing/jiggle effect to her breasts as she is walking, would this method be a good solution? I dont want her whole body to giggle tho, and im not sure if its possible to add this effect to only a sertain part of the mesh

How can that be used, practically speaking? Maybe slime?

So many things like food ( pudding, jello etc ), parts of characters ( belly, arm fat etc ) , objects ( balloons filled with water ) , impacted surfaces ( object landing on clay, mud, swamp ) etc etc
