This tutorial was really, really great! Not to much talking. Lighting was perfect also! After watching this, I feel that I can actually do this! Thank you!!
This is probably the best tutorial on basic wire wrapping skills I’ve seen and I’ve watched tens of them. Not many people take the time to explain exactly what they’re doing. I am someone who learns best verbally AND visually together so this is perfect! Y’all are so cute and patient. Subscribed and excited to watch these each week.
Awww yaayyyy! That’s really great feedback/info to know, thanks for sharing! We’ve been really worried this whole time that people will have trouble following. Thank youuuuu for subscribinnnng, that helps us out a ton! You’re the best! 😘
First I was thinking, "What? Over an hour long??" But then you covered everything so well. I loved how you showed every single step. You have such a wonderful clear voice and love that there was no annoying background music. Liked and subscribed. Looking forward to watching more of your videos. Thank you.
Oh wow! Thank you for saying. That’s so nice! 🥰 I’ll be sure to tell Tiff. Well I hate to disappoint you LOL 😅 but we started background music on the Jellyfish video. 🤣😂 I do take the time to listen to everything and attempt to string tracks together cohesively. It’s a lot of work! If I knew people prefer hours-long tutorials w/o music, I’d happily do without. 🙂🙃😉 I’ll pin that question on the next video we post this weekend/Monday so feel free to chime in if you like.
Awwww thank you Nikki!!!! 😘😘😘You're one of our biggest supporters, and we super-appreciate you. Let us know if you want to see something, and we'll try and make it 🤪
Great tutorial! I really appreciate the girls soothing voice and the interjections with questions that clarified certain bits that wouldn't be obvious to a newbie. Keep up the great work 😊
Awesome tutorial. I also did the cloud kit. I’m glad I watched this tutorial first, as the other one went a bit faster, with less closeups of the steps. I wish I could attach a photo, but I’m not that tech savvy. It came out so good I want to share ( and maybe brag a bit, too)!
Yaaayy!!! Thanks Jolene! We’d love to see a pic! 😊 Can you email it? If you want, we can include it in one of our TH-cam videos and brag about it for you 😇 haha. I’ll look up your order and send you an email. 🙃
I could do these all day long. great tutorial. as a complete beginner would have liked to know how much wire you were working with but soon got the hang of it also kit is very generous with wire so no need to panic 😀 saving up for another one. Thanks guys
Yay! Thank you Dwain! For the feedback and kind words. Glad to hear everything worked out. We’d love to see what you made if you ever feel like sharing. Our channel is a year old next month, and we might get enough followers soon for a community post thingy. 😆
I LOVE IT! Can you tell me how to make a frame with flat sections....I’m trying to make a stand for my suncatcher. I love all the different suncatcher frames you do! So you sell them or have how to videos to make them?
Aww thank you! 😊 We mostly offer finished work or kits. But let us know what you have in mind, and we can chat. Message us on our website is margayandbinturong.com/pages/contact-us Or instagram.com/MargayAndBinturong
Hi Susan! The frame is part of the activity kit people can get on our website. The kit has all the things a beginner would need to make something beautiful in an hour or so. Instructional as they are, these videos are part of a finished product. We primarily make a living selling finished products. But we don’t mind if anyone watches the instructions. 😁 Maybe one day we can make our living by sharing information. 😅 These videos are sort of testing that out, and we may add paid links or sponsors in the future. If things get enough traffic, we may be able to afford sharing more techniques. 😉 Meanwhile, you may want to check out our Jellyfish video. It has some basic wire forming in the tentacle chapter. 😛 If you ever visit our shop, we'd love to make you something beautiful sometime. 🤭😘❤️

Do you have a dragonfly kit?
Not yet 😊 Did you want a dragonfly kit?
What gauge wire is best for making links and loops?
It really depends on what you’re making. For small beads, I’d stick with 24-26 gauge. For larger beads, I like to use 22-24 gauge. 😊
I wish l saw this this morning...l made one but a little different than this one.
Practice makes perfect :) You may also like Lan Anh Handmade. She demos a lot of stuff I think would do well at shows. ✨🤗👍🏻🤓
Hello do you have a pattern for the water lilly?
