When you are sick your taste buds get all weird and messed up to the point where water tastes disgusting so I wasn't surprised that lily hated everything but at least she tried it! Points for her! Just force down some green tea (hot is better) for the next few days along with hot lemon water and your immune system will be boosted and better! Feel better Lily!

I think it's interesting how a smoothie that's considered "healthy" in the U.S. has a bunch of weird ingredients like powdered wellness whatnot. Here in Germany smoothies are 100% pure fruit and they're not even considered to be health food.

That's why I make my own juice XD
Whole milk is good for you if you're doing heavy lifting as a work out, (I am and need the extras in whole milk or I cannot lift the way I want to) and in coffee lol but when I have the money to I buy soy milk I've researched and that is actually the healthiest and most beneficial to almond milk or rice milk. But they all are yummy! Lol just soy milk and stuff is SO EXPENSIVE in Germany it's like 3€ for a liter!

Apple cider vinegar is one of the worst tasting things I've ever had, I know it is great for you and all but man is it hard to get down.
I used to have to take shots of it for my gallbladder pain. Wasn't worth it tbh.
Why not just put it in salad rather than taking a shot of it?
Nick Brandon It isn't like balsamic vinegar, it's sour and bitter and leaves an awful taste in your mouth.
***** I don't know what you are tasting but I put it in salad all the time, a lot of europeans do it also. There's a lot of salads that have the dressing too, just look online. Different tastes I guess.
Nick Brandon Apple Cider Vinegar isn't a dressing just straight up, I guess you can make one from it but the stuff I'm talking about isn't a dressing, it's the same consistency as water and is a light brown color.

Who else was rolling their eyes when Meghan was like, "I tried everything and Lilly opted out"? Lilly did try everything, she just didn't like any of it. I know she said that because she's obviously annoyed that so many people often comment that she doesn't try things in episodes where they try out new and weird things, but it's kind of true. I've noticed that if it involves putting something on her hair or face that she can't easily remove without it messing up her appearance first, then she doesn't do it. She's trying to act proud that she ate almost everything in this episode, but she's never really shied away from a challenge involving eating or putting something in her mouth, unless it involves milk or something she's allergic to, because it doesn't affect her appearance. So it doesn't do much to be like, "See? I can try things, too!", because she's not doing anything that doesn't make her seem shallow, which is really what I think bothers people when they see her opt out of things.
Kellie Finch I have to opt out of things because these shoots are half day which means I still have other shoots/ auditions to go to afterwards without any time to go home and change/fix my makeup. We've now made these shoots full day shoots so I CAN try everything. Please remember that LILY produces this show. LILY picks the episodes. I show up on days and Im told what I'm doing and I say what I can and cannot do. I cannot intentionally stray away from "shallow" things when in fact I'm not the one creating the video- I'm just showing up.
That's fine. But when have you ever tried to explain that to your audience? I've seen a ton of people comment about how you never do anything, but I've never seen you try to explain any of this to them. Even if you have, that's one person amongst thousands of comments between several videos. How likely is it that most people are going to see that? You're getting defensive with me now as if I'm somehow supposed to know all of this and the inner workings of Beauty Break when I can't seem to recall you ever explaining this in an episode. Instead, you're directing this at me, again one person, whose comment most people aren't likely to read. I understand that you don't write all or any of the episodes, but it's a little unfair to expect people to just know this offhand, especially when you're still listed as the host (and only host) of Beauty Break on the channel banner, which kind of implies that you would have some prior knowledge of what's going on. I happen to enjoy it when you're on the show. I don't care if you do things, don't do things, can't do things or whatever, but just be fair about it. I appreciate you trying to clear things up, but it would have been more affective if you had tried to reach out to your viewers about this more widely.
P.S. I didn't say that the things you chose not to do were "shallow". I said that your assumed reasoning behind choosing not to do it made you appear shallow.

lactose intolerance is caused by not having enough of the enzyme lactase and milk allergy is a true food allergy caused by a allergic milk. so it is possible for Megan to be allergic to milk and not lactose intolerant

+Beauty Break True! I eat sooooooo unhealthy,that's unbelievable. Like 5 days a week of McDonald's and Pasta all the time. But I am the skinniest one among my friends,and they really aren't fat. So you can eat unhealthy BUT still be skinny or not fat. Depends on the Metabolism. :) Love Meghan,it's not the same without her.
