LOTS of ppl eat zucchini raw.
vegans use zucchini in a spiralizer to turn zucchini into noodles. add marinara, alfredo, pesto, cheese sauce, or just a simple garlic/olive oil/white wine sauce to the raw zucchini noodles, it's delicious! also I eat raw zucchini on a veggie tray. I've made tapas with zucchini, just slice into rounds & top with cremé fraíche & caviar - excellent!

I know that in some parts of the world different foods are considered exotic and for Americans these are because they are not commercially grown here. And for most Americans unless you've traveled, explored different foods through the internet, are not born in the US, or a close part of your family is from a different part of the world you will have no clue what these foods are and have never tried them. I am glad to say I have had the opportunity to try some of these thanks to being half Puerto Rican on my Dad's side. And I am grateful of that.

I dont think so cause back from where I come from they are really huge or they can get really huge. Durians and soursops are usually the smaller ones. The jack fruit has a unique taste and texture. It's sweet, but it has this fragrance that infiltrates your nose and it's quite fibrous. I can't really explain it. Once you get a taste of a jack fruit that's when you'll know.
