Thank you for sharing! I tried the alternative polycutter with 608 bearings but the plastic tends to go up. That make big width variation. I used old bearings, they seems to have chamfers. I don't know if it's the cause of the problem. Anyway your version seems more accurate.

Hi, how precise is this on a bottle lenght. I mean it does have good consistency on stripe thickness? It keeps the same measurment on the entire bottle stripe? I have tried others but dont have so good consistency. I want to cut stripes about 9mm, but to be precisely 9mm+-0.1 on the entire lenght of the band. It can do that? Thanks!

the size of the workpiece is 20-8 centimeters, the thickness is 20 millimeters. The slot in the middle is 20mm
