I'm not the kind of person that watches reaction videos, but I got curious about yours because I'm also a metal head. I don't like k-pop in general even with my younger sister introducing a bunch of stuff to me since second gen, but I fell HARD for B.A.P in 2013 when I happened to watch One Shot MV in an event she was holding at a convention and I went to help her. They are my exception. They blew me away and I devoured everything they had and kept following their comebacks ever since. I suffered with them, and, unfortunately for me, never could see them live because they had to cancel the South America Tour (I'm Brazilian), Justified because they were truly exhausted. I've been watching your B.A.P playlist and appreciating a lot. Regarding this music, I just NEED to mention YongGuk singing at the beginning, it was my first time seeing/hearing him sing instead of rap or the rap-singing-ish(?) he does, and it blew me away because it's quite good, it's a shame he never does that anymore. It's super funny how Daehyun misses the timing and covers like a pro, haha.
I am and was never reaction person myself, and honestly, it still feels weird to me, if I am being honest, however, I think the interesting thing is. that especially with KPop and Metal there is so much in terms of being a fan that feels very similar. Ah! My sister in law is Brazilian! I would love to see them live and now, I am waiting for Zelo to return to the fold! YESSS! Hahaha! classic Daehyun!
OMG I love this video from Bang x2 it’s so funny because at the 3:32 Daehyun started before the line, and everyone notices and start laughing XD but Daehyu save it 😎 and make it sound actually really good. 🔥
It's my favourite b-side from them. My son liked it, too - he was still a teen when it came out. He's 27 now and still listens to it. Are you going to check out Fight For Freedom? If it was a full length song THAT would usurp Bangx2 as my favourite b-side, lol. It's so freaking good! ~FM :)
It's intresting that you mentioned Linkin Park. I'm a huge LP fan, since 2005. And at the end of 2018 i've heard B.A.P's songs for the first time in my life. They were "Wake me up" and "1004 (Angel)". At that time i have some stereotypes about kpop, and didn't like it as genre of music. But B.A.P changed my mind and became my first kpop group that i really liked. And yes, sometimes i caught myself thinking that some songs remind me about LP especially their live stages. And still B.A.P is one of my 5 ult kpop groups. To clear, i like B.A.P because they are really TALANTED and so uniq. ( Btw you already reacted to 3 of them - B.A.P, BTOB, INFINITE. Next A.C.E and iKON please 😄). and B.A.P and BTOB had really cute friendship together they even called among fans BTOBAP.
me too! I remember buying Hybrid Theory around the time of high school, I have been thinking about iKon I don't know much about A.C.E, looks like I got a little way to go yet 😁
The 'Bang Bang' part is really reminiscent of Feuer Frei! by Rammstein. This was pretty awesome. I don't remember seeing this before, or if I did, it was a long time ago. A lot of people who love rock in Korea, don't end up pursuing that genre. There just isn't a big market for it, unfortunately. This was a total banger though and it deserves to be more widely known.

I will very much be coming back to that song and dystopia

BAP is coming back! They are starting with a documentary and comeback might happen later this year.
I would like to think that it was the collective of the commenters during OWC that willed it into existence haha! I will absolutely be here for it!
Only in kpop can I watch a b-boy singing rock vocals. 😁
haha! right? what a weird counter balance!
