    At 96.1 % that officially puts Jesse at the same level Gale was before Gale was being taught by Walt. The only question would be if Jesse can guarantee 96 % or better or was that his best cook to date?

      Bryan Cranston told in his book "Life In Parts", that he had this possessive girlfriend that also relates to drugs and threatening to kill him. Strength is more Heisenberg than Walt. Walt was definitely weak. He was a guy that was being pushed around by his boss at the car wash, had his brother in law take his drink when making a toast, let his students disrespect him. He could not even manage to get real bacon for his 50th birthday, and don't even get me started on that pitiful birthday sex. He did a complete 180 when he became Heisenberg which is the change that the son notice.

    I really love the conversations you guys have after the episode. I found your conversation about men being told they should not feel any emotion interesting. I have to disagree. Men are taught that emotion is something that should be handled with responsibility. Men feel the same emotions women do, but we control them to allow those around us to feel more secure. If men went around wearing their emotions on their sleeves humanity as we know it would not exist.
    I cry when I am moved by something in private, quite often actually. I enjoy the release, but I don't weep in public, even over family death, because I have something in me that tells me to stand strong for others. I am not saying there is something wrong with crying as a man in public.. but I'm trying to rationalize why a lot of men don't. It's not because we don't feel emotion...but rather because we have trained ourselves to withhold it until certain moments when it is appropriate for us to allow ourselves to be vulnerable.

    • @kyuujinreacts
      @kyuujinreacts  5 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      It's an interesting way of seeing this! To keep in the pain not to be tough, but to stand strong for others...I like that actually xD (of course, we're basing our discussion on what we've been through personally, like my sister and I were often told rather harshly (back when we were kids) to stop crying when we did, no matter the reason, because our "reasons" didn't "matter" :/ to us it wasn't about being a man or a woman, but I still think society frowns more upon a guy showing emotions in public than it would a girl) :)
