bro - where did u get this info about apartments that are less than 6M, building construction has to be at 50% in order to apply for Golden Visa. I dont think its accurate. Starting this year Feb any off plan apartment (just like townhouse) that is worth 2 Mil or more, once we get SPA and Oqood, one can directly apply for Golden Visa. No need to wait for building construction to be at least 50%
If the property purschased jointly (married couple) between 2mil and 4 mil aed. will both husband and wife get golden visa ? or it still needs to be sponsored ?

I don’t think it’s true . I was refused because my off plan is only around 20% completed .
