Another mystery to me if why Ujam V guitars are limited to 1 stomp box at a time? I’m trying Guitar Rig 7 as an audio FX to sound model multiple stomp boxes. Keep expecting Ujam to upgrade their guitars to allow multiple stomp boxes plus finisher. It’s in there…
Great video, Greg! I’ve been an NI Session V Guitar guy but recently tried the Ujam guitars. The instrument mode is special and while NI emphasis is on patterns, I like the openness and control of instrument mode. Player mode defaults the key switches from C0 - F5, but who has a midi controller as low as C0? Most of us have a 61 key controller, but I see your key switches start at C1. I like how your demos always include a bit of a composition with drums and other instruments! Gives me insight into your fav VSTs. Are you suggesting the Ujam bass and drum instruments are sharing the chord progressions you played in Sparkle? I don’t think so - you’re just playing a bass pattern, right? Interesting to use Logic 11 Session tracks and sub in the Ujam guitars to pickup the global chord track - if that works…
Thanks for your comment and question. I'm using the same MIDI chord track to trigger the bass and the guitar. The Deep (drums) and Dandy (bass) sound libraries have MIDI patterns that work together. However, the chords are not triggering the drums.
I made this video before Logic Pro 11 was released, so indeed, I'm curious to use the Logic Bass players more with the jam and native instrument stuff. I did make some videos here that you can check out.

You can also use that direct signal from ujam guitars into guitar rig
Groovy riff! Trying to learn the instrument side if this. Dandy and Deep
sort of weak relative to the Guitars. Thanks
You’re welcome
Perplexing.
It's ease of use is high
indeed
