How do you enable to drawing mode and get the touchscreen to work? How do you get the screen to do that light show with all the colors? I got my Cirklon 2 a week ago, still learning it when I have time but I can't figure out how to enable those things.
I think the multi-timbrality would be down to the synth rather than the sequencer. The sequencer would just send midi on a different channel and the synth would accept that as a different timbre. The Cirklon can do 64 tracks simultaneously currently. Each CK track can probably do every note you can transmit at once, but that'd obviously not be useful in reality (midi is serial after all). I have yet to run out of notes in any CK (polyphonic) track I've used. Having 5 physical midi outputs helps a lot.
2.5 year wait- from Nov 2017... But in that time they upgraded from 1 to 2 and Colin moved to Germany apparently. Things would now move a bit quicker I reckon, I’d be surprised if you waited 2.5 years

I just got mine. 54 months. I was really thinking about selling it as soon as I got it simply because I could make over triple what I paid for it right now. But, it's so amazing and deep, and it's built so well. It really feels like a premium device, like everything it's cracked up to be. It also seems to create happy accident's like no sequencer I've used before. It's inspiring. I'm never selling mine. It's worth the wait, because all you're doing is sending an email. You're not losing any money until you're about to have it, so I can't imagine why anyone wouldn't be on the list. When I joined the list I was thinking it'd be stupid not to, and when my ticket comes up, I could buy it or pass. Luckily I just happened to have the money on hand for it when my time came. I typically don't have $1700 laying around for toys.

If you don't buy the Neve 8068 you can then probably afford about 80 Cirklons.

You can also plug a MIDI keyboard in the USB host port, that makes it more interesting doesn't it? :)
I haven't even tried that yet. I'm still fine with the regular midi connection from midi keyboard to Cirklon. But nice to have it as an option.

Can the USB host port accept multiple USB devices via a USB hub?

The Cirklon can do a lot more stuff but the Pyramid is also good, I'd probably use one if the Cirklon had never been invented.
