    I have a pair of these, maxed out the weight, you need to flip the gripper and do the same exercises you'll get more out of it.

    Increase your grip. You don't need those. Train in Jiu-Jitsu.

    This is garbage. I only had it for 2 days and it broke while on 130lbs
