It kinda makes you wonder who really is in control. Leo controls Danny, which can be seen playing as Leo, but what about when you're just Danny? Could Leo influence be rubbing off on Danny?
From our player POV, Danny was pretty much enjoyed killing (seeing how he was disgusted and vomiting in the first two levels, and in the Safe House saying he was sick of killing), because it’s a clear sign Leo was becoming more stronger in taking over his mind
I always took it as Danny was using all of Leo’s skills he was given as Leo is a former mercenary for the us government, but was always hesitant but with Leo’s encouragement , he did what he thought was necessary to get to the truth but it was just more of Leo’s manipulation.
I like to imagine that during gameplay, Daniel is using the same combat techniques as Leo, since they both share the same brain, now during executions, Leo takes care of Danny's body. I think about this because of the transition that appears on the screen when we enter an execution.
In Manhunt 2 Danny and Leo cannot get bloodied during Executions or Combat on the PSP/PS2, however on the PC and Wii versions blood sticks to their hands and body after it spills on them due to performing executions to the point that Danny and Leo is almost completely covered in human blood of the people they're killing. To me the PC version of Manhunt 2 is the most superior because it's uncensored and graphically it's supreme. The Wii version of Manhunt is good, blood also spills onto Danny and Leo, however the executions are censored which is abysmal. In the first Manhunt game James Earl Cash got a tiny amount of blood on him which is only visible near his death when his health meter is almost completely depleted.
There's a fix for that, actually. You just have to change the player model in the Bee's Honey Pot level's resource1 to like danny_safehouse_bloody. You'll need glg tools to unpack the resource 1 and repack it though. It's pretty easy.
2:07 smash the light to the left to hide in ;)... you can actually pass this episode without getting the pliers or going through the tunnel, make a noise outside the door (4:02) hunters come out, then go through the door and you come out the same place as the tunnel.. yes the gate is unlocked.
I'm having trouble at the very beginning of this mission. I try to execute the receptionist with the phone but the game doesn't recognize the circular mouse movements when I do them. This game is very obscure and I can't find any information about a possible glitch in this execution.
