yes I totally get that! I’ve only watched a couple of episodes bc I discovered it late November last year I wanted to wait and watch it during “proper” fall this year haha. Of what I saw, the show is actually good but the book is definitely better

I read two of the short stories from In These Hallowed Halls and liked both (Pythia and The Hare and the Hound). A Discovery of Witches was a good read. I watched the first two seasons but didn't love the second season.

I loved the entire series, but Discovery can totally be read alone. So good 🧙♀️
