My ham club sponsors a FRS community emergency network with 600 of the Retevis22- 2 watt units distributed. Hams act as higher power GMRS licensed listening stations with net control in the club radio room. Of the 600 about 60 check into our weekly practice net. I enjoy your content as I live in a COA/HOA mixed community. Nice product review.
Of course GMRS allows removable antennas. How else would mobile GMRS radios and repeaters work? The only GMRS radios not allowed to have a removable antenna are ones that do data like text messaging, ect. FRS doesn't allow removable antennas.
RETEVIS radios are excellent quality, and they are constantly improving! Great video....
I am pretty happy with my RETEVIS gear for sure.

Thanks for the feedback. I enjoy my GRMS radios as much as Ham.

Thanks @KC4NWK. Manufactures should know I'm not afraid to test out that IP67 rating...that's gonna keep happening!
