Hi thank you for watching. Carnival has their own WiFi. If you download their app you can see what’s happening on board and see pictures that you have taken with carnival along the trip. For purchase also you can get different wifi packages like checking email, texting, checking social media, etc. Other than buying WiFi from Carnival you will not have cell service. @kawaiixxxjane
